A Glorious Communist Party For All ( A Yugoslavian AAR )

France, Marseilles, October the 9th 1934.

It was a hot day, Alexander was eager to get this meeting over with, so that he could finaly secure his stay in the Baltic. As he walked he did not know that steps that this meeting would indeed be his last, and the most shocking and history altering meeting in the world.

He was here to meet Louis Barthou, the world famed diplomat that was a expert on the subject of the European diplomacy scene.

Alexander saw Louis in the middle of the crowed as policemen struggled to keep the crowed away, Alexander smilleded at him " Hello good friend, hot day isen't it? " Louis answered back " Ah yes indeed it is " As the two men walked down the road and stepped into the car, they did not know that within 10 minutes, they would both be dead.

As the drove slowly down the road being cheered by the crowed, all of a sudden gun shots where heard as the car suddenly stopped, the driver was dead, and to the shock of the world, so was Alexander the 1st of Yugoslavia.



The crowed yelled and cried horribly as the gun man triede to escape, only to recive the soreing pain of a blade in his side, he feel to the ground only to see the policeman retract his blade and the mob all around him..

Within 3 hours the gunman was dead, being beaten to death by the angry mob.

Louis was not to walk from the encouter either, as he was shot accidently but a french policemen, sealing the fate of the Little Entente alliance, and the fate of the world.

This is my first AAR, so please bare with me

Oh and if there are any good mod'ers out there i really need a event that creates Socialist Yugoslavia.. Like with the flag?

Other wise i'll yust have to keep the other flag i guess

The nation was split up in 3 factions, The Democrats, The fascist, and The Communist.

After 2 years the civil war ended in 1936, with a victory to the communists victory, and Yugoslavia became known in the world as Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

The lands greatest ( Surviving ) scientific minds go to work to research for the glorious country that is Yugoslavia!



What will Yugoslavia's next move be?

Run your flag through the Flag Request Thread in the Scenarios and Modifications forum (ask for a shield, a waving flag, and counters (if you use counters... but sprites are better ) then replace the normal Yugoslav flag, shield, and counter with your new flag, shield, and counter.

country = {
tag = YUG
below that you'll find "ownedprovinces", "nationalprovinces", "controlledprovinces". Add Bugarian/Albanian lands to your nationalprovinces and viola.

IMPORTANT READ: Tito will NOT be included, instead as far as i remmeber it is some left wing radical as i cannot figure out how to change regular Yugoslavia into Socialist Yugoslavia.

13th of April, 1938.

There was a quiet mood at the Штабы ( Headquarters ) it had been some months since the national holiday that marked the take over of Albania.
Tito was annoyed, he was itching for war, as the hole thing had buggered down with german/soviets threats of war.


The great Yugoslavian cabinet of great power! All hail our glorious comrade leader Josip!

And if that wasen't enough things we're starting to look very bleak for the Yugoslav's, the world looked more and more facist by the day, and with the terrible relationship Yugoslavia had with The Soviet Union, they would surely fall incase of a attack, theres was nothing to do but wait.

But alot of good things had happened lately, new factories had been build in the name of the people in Sarajevo and Belgrade, futher adding to the great Yugoslavia industrial power!

But Tito knew that even with alot of industrial power, Yugoslavia would not stand long in a regular war.


14th of April, 1938.
Meeting at the Штабы ( Headquarters )

Tito: Right people, as the global situation grows, we are faced more and more facist enemies around us. And as it stands now, we are not able to attack anyone without getting attacked our selfs, something our army cant handle.

The officers around him nodded slowly.
The cheif of the airforce stod up and adressed Josip.

Ivan: How can you even think of war? Our army is stretched from one border to the other! The airforce consists of a small group of fighters and some tactical bombers! They will not even have a chance again-

Tito: QUIET! I am aware of this you impotent fool! And i'm not going to try send you into battle!

Ivan sat down, and remained quiet.

Tito: You will all prepare a report about our battle readiness till next meeting,
till next time comrades!

The men in the room roared in one voice " For the SFR! "

Everyone started to leave the room, as Tito peered at them with glareing eyes, everyone felt a chill as they left the room.

As they left Tito sat down in his chair again and called for his secretary, she came in and nodded at him with a questioning look.

" Bring me paper and a pen. "

She nodded and dissapered out of the door, she returned shortly after with the paper and the pen.

As she left again he started writeing a note, a note that would alter the fate of Yugoslavia.

Almost nobody knew about this note, but for thoues who did, it was known as directive no. 110.

In the Senarios file, there's a file called "Save Games". Simply click on that (try and open it with Wordpad, so that you can search it.) Go to HoI2 files again, but this time click on the Config file. In there will be a file called "models". Open it up with wordpad and search YUG. There will be the models used in the game for Yugoslavia. I'm pretty sure you can change the name, and the pic will be the same, but I'm not positive. You many want to test that first.

The cores are the National Provinces. You don't get any partisans in those provinces. To find out what a province's id is, so that you can make it a core, open up the game, hit F12 to bring down the console, and type "showid". Whenever you scroll the mouse over a province, the id will show up in the lower righthand corner.

And you're welcome. Don't mention it.
