Lille - 19th century demographics

Hello,

I am looking for some, any information on the demographics from l'arrondissement de Lille in the 19th century (preferably the early part) and compared to what it is like now.

Here, I have some information from l'arrondissement de Dunkerque but I cannot find any similar information for Lille.

What I'm really looking for however, is the total population of this region in the 19th century and how the population was broken down, into what differing cultures? What was the make-up of Flemish and French essentially.

Also, since I have an interest in finding out all information for France and its demographics during this period, I'd be as appreciative to hear whatever sources you may have to offer.

Thanks,
