Escort destroyers and supply convoys

After the installation of the 1.3 Patch for Doomsday the list of fixes included that the escort destroyers for convoys would be fixed.

While the computer finally assigns escorts to convoys at present all escorts are assigned to the first convoy fleet and to no other fleet.

Playing as the British I have over 600 escorts assigned to the Plymouth-Gibraltar convoy and 0 to any other convoy.

When I take the automatic controls for maintainance of the fleets offline so that I can keep escorts in other convoys, but allow for auto creation and destruction of either supply or resource convoys the computer starts eliminating supply convoys all over the map.

Not sure that this is a tech problem or a enhancement suggestion, but so far the worst aspect of the game seems to be the automatic controls for convoys.

Please fix this bug so that the game works better on this front.
