How to get army across the sea!?

Hey,

Ok, I have the ships (transports/cogs (cap 2 regiments)) and I have a conquistador army (2000 or 2 regi). I know the cogs can hold the troops... now how do i load them to the cog to take them to my other city in carribean? I tried dragging, selecting... and I cant seem to find an option to load troops into the boats/cogs!!! It should be a simple drag or click...if its even in the game.

Please help!!!

Click on the troops themselves and with them selected right click onto the boats when they're in the water (not in the port). Basically it's like moving them to any regular province.
