[Rotten Venetic]

I've actually done this for myself but if anybody cares to use it for a scenario I have nothing against it. Just delete all lines in the vp. inc file and copy these instead.

I do not say they are better than Paradox (well they probably are ) but it is a workable alternative, as it didn't mess with my game too much even when it was only half done (that's what I played my AAR on after all). It;s all a matter of opinion, if you think a province is under- or overrated don't rant, change it
