save file: flags missing

I now play the first game with DAIM as USSR. Some time after Vichy event has fired I decided to look what GER AI intend to do: Barbarossa or Sealion.
I did so in previous games (without DAIM) by looking into save file. There must be some flags in the Germany flags {} section of the file. But this time to my amazement all flags { } section for Germany (and most of the other countries) was totally empty, no flags at all. Is it me, or is it DAIM or what?
The game itself didn't look screwed anyhow, all events looked absolutely normal.

This is normal as there is no such flag with DAIM.
