A Capital Idea

Just wondering, anyone know how to tweak the graphic for a nation's Capital? e.g. to be able to give Spain a beautiful view of the front of the Palacio Real de Madrid. Thought it might be a good idea for those who increasingly enjoy customizing their game to enhance the grandeur of the empire they've constructed. Another application may be, for example, to be able to give existing countries other countries' icon, say for example due to a customized event, a capital moved e.g. the seat of government moved to constantinople for greece and their capital becomes the Hagia Sophia without the Minarets. This would also be great for those who are talented in graphics to enhance the current graphics. For example , adding l'arc de triomphe in front of the tour d'eiffel or having the parlaiment building on the side of big ben. Things like that.

I am also adding in a total rework of the capitals for VIP as part of my GFX overhaul.
