Here is the UNOFFICAL list of EU3 countries based on EU3 avatars and their tags. Most of the country names I picked from EU2 tags.
Post your corrections and information on unknown tags.

EDIT: I've added links to flags or CoAs for appropriate countries. Not all links are from the EU3 timeframe, but if the flag or CoA looks right and the country name corresponds to TAG name, I'm happy. Sometimes you need to scroll down on the linked page to see the appropriate flag/CoA.
