Day/Time: Tuesday and Thursday- 19:00 CET

Option Settings

Difficulty: Normal
A.I Agressiveness: Normal
Speed: depends


Rule:

- Obey the Host. No question asked
- Must have ICQ number www.icq.com
- Play long term (Always notify the Host in advance if you are unable to play a session. Find your own sub, or risk being AI or get a less skilled sub.
- Be online on ICQ if u can before the session start, so makes it easier for the host to get an overview of the roster before the game starts.
- As minimum edition as possible after session!!!
- If at -3 stability and -99WS, and war is over 5 years, you have to accept next stability-hitting peace offer immediately.
- Attacking an enemy fleet with pirates, as well as comparatively very small fleets, only made to inhibit loading/landing.
-Releasing one or more vassals during wartime, to hinder an enemy.
-Force-burning of manufactories, i.e. repeated move and halt orders to an army in a province with a manufactory.
-Using lag to your advantage. This includes (but is not limited to): Sending lag colonists, building lag fortresses, sending lag missionaries, using lag diplomats. (The exception is using lag diplomats to send cash).
-Declaring a 'fake' war on a country, with the aim to:
Increase the stability of the nation you declare war on.
-Change the religion of a protestant or Counter-Reformed-Catholic nation back to Catholicism before the Edict of Tolerance.
-Exploiting Simultanity: Using the game engine to break a deal, that would occur simultaneously in the real word. This includes (but is not limited to) the 'sale' of something in game.
-Converting from Catholiscism to either Counter-reformed-Catholicism or Protestantism and then switching back to Catholiscism before the Edict of Tolerance.
-Cancelling being the vassal of another player within 10 years, except when an event allows you to do so.
-Avoiding the Spanish bankruptcy events, by giving/selling/ceding in a fake war/revolting away the trigger provinces to another country.
-Trading maps with the AI.
-Sending loans to the AI.
-Signing a peace deal with the AI, that bankrupts it in the same day.
-Reading the hitory log of the host save
-No attacking ghost human country

I'm interested, but may have to quit when september is closing.
I also need hamachi to play so I need a host able to use that (it's possible that I find a way to work around that problem, but I wouldn't count on it).

Would prefer to play France.

I disagree a bit with the setup:

- No edition after session!!! (except for Inflation only in cases where someone misses his session and AI plays for him)
**never say never, edits shall be kept at a minimum would be my preferance

**most games add that the war must have progressed for 3 or 5 years as well, I'd prefer to add that line
- No alliance between humans in peace.
- Max 2 human in alliance during war ( means the human defender can ask for help from 1 other human, and the human attacker can do the same too; then must let the Alliance expires when war is over)
**I disagree completely, in terms of alliances and such I would let people do as they like, sanctions like this should come as in-game action from other countries, not from a rule.
- No Map sharing!!!! (even with your human ally because u might not be in the same alliance again in a different war, so think only for yourself)
**remove this as there is a better one further down, let the players decide wether or not it's a wise move to trade maps with each other
-Cancelling being the vassal of another player within 10 years, except when an event allows you to do so.
**I would replace this one with that if you're forced to give up military access, become vassal or change religion in a peacedeal you cannot revoke/cansel/change back before 20 years has passed, if you want to do this before those 20 years you have to dow the target country or get permission to do so.
Also I would like to add this for vassals:
-human vassals cannot join an alliance with humans unless allowed to do so by their overlord, they are not allowed to help his overlords enemies in any possible way as long as they are vassals.
-the overlord is required to dow anyone who dows their vassal, if not the vassalage is considered broken (not neccesarily in game terms, but the vassal don't have to bother about this rule, and can cansel vassalage before 20 years if vassalised by force)

I also wants to see this:
Difficulty: Very hard
A.I Agressiveness: Furious
changed into this:
Difficulty: normal
A.I Agressiveness: normal

-Offenses to any of the above rules, one will be banned.
**that is a bit harsh, penalty should depend on severity of offense, but no-one should gain anything on breaking a rule and no-one (human or ai) should loose anything if someone else breaks a rule.

Almost all games are played on Normal difficulty. One good reason is to increase the speed of BB reducement. There will be more wars if BB decreases more rapidly and most people like when there are much wars.
