Dunkerque

1. I'm playing as France. In the Province-screen Dunkerque has a Lvl 3 port. But it doesnt show on the map. I've tried rebasing ships to this harbour but it doesnt work. Can anybody fix this?

2. I would like to chache the techtree for France, I would like to give them Lancaster bombers in 1943. If I change the name in the folder will the pic follow?
