Japan Oil convoy problem

Hi
September 1941 Japan
My Armies just annexed China and puppetted many warlords...but the problem is that my convoys just don't want to send oil to my troops in China...and I can't make a convoy who would do it....So, what can I do?

Make sure auto-convoys are turned off. That is a big pitfall, particularly when playing Japan. With some oil being produced on the Chinese mainland, the auto-convoy will auto-destroy a convoy attempting to move oil TO the mainland, without realizing that the local oil demand is outstripping the local supply ability. Then create a BIG convoy moving oil and supplies to the mainland, that way it won't have to run every day. Also, even if it gets raided a bit it will still push through plenty of oil and supplies anyway.
