some stupid things must be changed - simple to fix

Some my ideas:

1. In my previous game as Italy I conquered Germany, Balkans countries, Turkey, India – puppeted them. Allied with Siam and with Persia. And the “big traveling” from Europe to Indochina was begun ….. Almost all countries sent barely all your units as expeditionary to Siam …. In Wikipedia Hoi2 I read that expeditionary forces are send to country which have the biggest front with enemy. But Siam had not any front …. It defend all their beaches with Czech, Polish, Turkish forces and Europe was almost empty … I changed in Save to all countries not to export forces to Siam. I know it is rare situation, but it may happen. So in all files should be more denied countries where not to export forces. Example: in all European coutries added all Asian countries to: no_exp_forces_to = { } I play with HSR house rule not to control allies and puppets armies. And this stupid things with marching my allied and puppeted units from Europe to deep Asia makes my crazy.

2. The same but not as expeditionary forces: my ally Nat Spain send almost all units to Africa to defend borders with Liberia. 40 units in Africa, 5 in Europe. And my Italian units had to defend empty Spain from American invaders. I don’t know why but some countries are almost doing nothing but others too much. For example Lithuania send all their 3 units abroad leaving their country empty. Something must be changed to some countries in “garrison = {“ definition. They can’t send too much armies abroad to somewhere on the second part of globe leaving their capitals empty.

3. Probably this is not intended vanilla bug, but second liberating of countries like Somalia or Lybia for example, don’t add free IC and resources to them and they have 0 IC or less IC without additional free. In save file is written information in ‘history = {“ that that event was fired and it not fire again. But it is stupid to recreate puppet with zero IC. Factories was burned under enemy occupation ? I always imagine that this free IC are small workshops - not real factories. Liberated poor country is doing some house made production always - not only one time .

Sorry for irregular English

Your English is really pretty good. I am learning a second language at the moment and I would love to have reached your standard.

I agree on the garrison issue. A country ought to have a minimum of its forces on home territory like 25%-33%.

In regards to your first point, I once saw Communist China send literally 80+ divisions to Tannu Tuva as expeditionary forces. I was playing as the USSR, and needless to say this was infuriating!!

The problem is that these newly created nations or nations that you usually do not ally with do not have their ai files tweaked so that they do not send exp forces to nations that should/do not need them. Communist China has a ai file sure, but it does not have Tannu Tuva's country tag under no_exp forces to and this is what creates this problem. In other cases, the issue is simply the lack of a ai file for newly created nations. There needs to be some barebone ai files for these nations, such as the Ukraine, so that they don't do anything really ridicolous. I could write them myself, but they should be included in the standard game.

Yeah it is just down to the vast scale of the game.
