As you seem to be from Japan, do you have Japanese naval prices? E.g. cost in Yen for the Yamato, Musashi or others. I have a few prices from here

http://navalhistory.flixco.info/

but you might have access to Japanese sites with better information.

Hi,Panther G. Good see you.

List of Japanese Battleship's construction cost
Yamato class - 142,877,000 yen
Nagato class - 43,900,000 yen

Thanks.

Because of "Useage a lot of Rivet"

They could've put that money to a plethora of better uses.

Hi,Jebus. Good see you.
Our ships needed more hull strength against "North Pacific's Big Typhoon".
Our technorogy of electric weld was ress than Deutschland,USA,UK.
Because of constraction by many "rivet", so too expensive,so too much time lengths for constraction.

If yamato class was builded at Deutschland,USA,UK, this cost was more inexpensive. Possibilly from 1/2 to 2/3.

We think the best is a lot of aircraft carriers than battleships at this time.
In fact, the aircraft carrier strike tactics was not major doctrin yet at that time. Mostly unknowned, except for "Isoroku Yamamoto der GroBe"

Thanks.

You think this was expensive. :D :D Germany or the USA would have jumped up and down full of joy, if they would have been able to build such a ship at that price. It would be in 1940/41 about 33.460.000 USD, roughly the price of a Cleveland class CL or the Hornet CV. The Iowa class did cost three times more!

Jisabro are you sure this price is correct (with guns)? The Nagato is also amazingly cheap, "just" 6.000.000 JPY more than the Takao.

It's fact really. One of reason is for much rivet useage.
wink.gif

This opportunity of rivet const was from "4Th freet's trouble (broken by typhoon) at 1935 Sptember".
Nagato's cost was before this. Yamato and Takao's cost after this.

After this counter measure IJN ships was not broken by big storms. Against US ships was broken.

If IJN's main staff was "Hiraga Yuzuru 平賀 譲 (God of Warships)" after also Washington Naval Treaty,
the 4Th freet's trouble and others would not cause.

I wonder if whoever made the Japanese language pack used the same method as the Chinese one. Is it an official release? Or a mod?

Same here, how have you been able to include those characters into the game????.

Oh and BTW i can't download it, Rapidshare tells me that it ha been erased by user.
