The ENP and PoL legislators go unanimously for Judge Marcos, and the increasingly directionless MRP backbenchers simply follow the herd. A few ELP legislators break with Senior Legislator Gonzov to join Per Park in his resistance to the Marcos nomination, but they seem to recognize it as a merely symbolic gesture. The nomination is approved, 96-4.
