Problem with event 3267: Duke of Coimbra (Portugal)

The event choice "Duke Survives and assists king" causes a +6 revolt risk in Oporto. The event occured in 1449, it is currently 1496 and the +6 is still there. Either they have a very long memory, or it is a bug. All other event caused revolt risks seem to clear up after a year or two.

Yes, revolt risk is never lowered. A very bad event to get in a game
