Ever noticed that your manpower dissapears awfully fast?
Does Babarossa reduce your reserves to two guys called Heinz and horse?
Its a bug, reinforcing troops cost twice the manpower it should cost.
Want to solve this? Follow these simple steps.
1)Open the misc.txt file in hearts heartsofiron2/db
2)Search for
# Reinforcement Manpower Cost Factor
0.8
3)Change this into
# Reinforcement Manpower Cost Factor
0.4
4)Save the file and enjoy your game
this will affect saved games but won't restore the excess manpower lost earlier.
