I constantly get message saying "Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request at this time" or "Page not found"

Now Did you noticed that there was a little white circle at the top in the center on the COA of the diplomatic map?

I will post a picture showing it ASAP.
If you want to search you can see it on coats of arms with only colors on it (I noticed it when looking at munster coa in the diplomatic map), it is a sort "opaque zone" in form of circle at the top of the coa.
Don't worry if you don't see it ,it probably means that other people don't
