DUPLICATE (317): Duchy in Scotland held by and Emir

Scenario 1066 v1.02
England

The title of "duke of Mar" (Scotland) is helded by the Emir of Mar (which is far east). There was no war. I did'nt noticed it till my vassal claimed it to that emir.
I think there is the same problem with the "duchy of Galloway" (Scotland) cause i got all the provinces and can't grab or usurp or create that title.

Is it a bug?
How can I fix this manually?

This is a duplicate of #317 and is listed as fixed in 1.03.

Please try to see if bugs have already been reported by looking through the thread stickied at the top of this forum.

Sorry, what i did is this : i hit ctrl+f and try to fing the words "galloway" or "mar" but it did'nt get me results, so I thought i was not reported yet.
But i did this only on the first page, should have done it on all pages.
