This game is an edited 1520 scenario (IE2). For details on the edit view the imperial europe 2 post on the forum. Only major change is the inclusion of holland at start. Other changes are mostly game balance edits.
The rules below have mostly been taken from IE2 cos i am lazy. Thanks to drake who did the work
I took ones out that i didnt like but if people want to change them please post asap before game starts. Please do read the rules cos some of them are quite major. I expect some people wouldnt like the 3 province rule for example.

Rules
Cultures
-major cultures = france , anglosaxon , iberian , dutch , german , scandinavian , russian , polish , greek , arabic , Mongol
-minors cultures = romanian , slavonic , armenian , syrian , italian , gaelic ,basque ,swish ,chezch , lituanian , baltic , ugric , ruthanian ,maygar,berber
- exotic cultures = all cultures in asia , nubia , etheopia exept those in china , tibet , nippon , persian
1prov cultures wil be acted same as a exotic culture , exept that it doesn't count for the max amount of cultures
a max of 6cultures is possible , 1 prov cultures don't count (example syrian)
-major culture = you have to control all provs of the culture for 100years to be able to claim it , when you claim it then it wil be edited at the end of the session
-minor culture = you have to control all provs of the culture for 50years to be able to claim it , when you claim it then it wil be edited at the end of the session
-exotic culture = you have to control all provs of the culture for 5years to be able to claim it , when you claim it then it wil be edited at the end of the session
however if you loose more then half the provs from a culture for over 15years it wil be edited away again (this doesn't aply for cultures that the country started with at beginning of game)

--If at -3stab during player war you must accept next stab hit unless youre making progress, if there is an alliance you cant use this rule for a separate peace.
-maximum of 3 provinces may be taken by 1 alliance during the war , colonies count as half. cots count as 2 and a max of 6provinces can be taken in 1 war (when several alliances/players war a single-alliance or country)
(this rule wil expire in 1700)

-Any nation except Spain or Portugal (note this exception does not appy after TOT) can purchase an explorer or conquistador for 1000 ducats. The specialist will have a 5 year life expectancy. Only one specialist can be purchased every 20 years. Each subsequent purchase costs an additional 500 ducats.
-Spain and Portugal are restricted to the ToT till 1625
-Spain may not diploannex portugal however he may war them as normal.

-if a country drops then he will be picked up in jan or straight away if at war
-countrys that wheren't playt from start won't be added as regular players latter unless if atleast 2/3 of the regular players agree
insulting other players won't be tolerated
