Looking for Montezuma(?) modification for EU2

Hi, I used to use a modification made by Montezuma (?) that allowed changing alot of variables in fantasia mode for EU2. It was more than a script, it was like a little application program that ran great.

I've just spent quite a bit of time trying to find the mod on the web, with no luck. Would anyone be able to help me find it?

Also, Paradox used to have a link to all types of cool modification apps like the one I'm looking for. Would anyone know a link to a website that still has a lot of those old mods for EU2 available?

It's been a while since I've looked for this stuff for EU2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was able to find the file I was looking for. It's Moctezuma's EU2 Scenario Generator

However, it actually doesn't do what I was specifically hoping to change... I was hoping to play a GC game without the historical events. Does anyone know if there is a file or mod that will allow me to play the GC without historical even triggers?

You can just start your game and save it on Jan 1 1419, then edit the save file. Open the file in notepad, and make a search for 'events', that will take you to a long line of entries like event=db\events\... , delete the entire line to have no events at all, or keep the ones you want. Perhaps the random events and the religous events.
