1936 Naval OOB (AKA Navy Suggestions)

I am going to start doing a comparison on navies and ships for many minor nations - on the line of the naval OoB suggestions I have made before.

I was thinking like this:

Destroyer type 0 = old torpedo boats, old destroyers (ww1 vintage)

Destroyer type 1 = modern destroyers

Destroyer type 2 = destroyer leaders

Cruiser type 0 = old light cruiser

Cruiser type 1 = modern light cruiser, old heavy cruiser, old coastal defence ships, monitors

Cruiser type 2 = modern heavy cruiser, small modern coastal defence ships

Pre-dreadnough battleship = old coastal defence ships, pre-dreadnought battleships

Will look more into the various battleship types and make suggestions. Few minor nations had any real I might suggest more AA, NA or GD or lowered of the same for some ships

Many of the minor nations navies are a bit under-powered. I will also make tech addition suggestions, as some nations had extensive warf and shipbuildign capactiy (Sweden, the Netherlands and Spain, for example).

I'll also try to make a list for the different levels of cruisers classes for the different minor nations.

Battleship type 0
HMS Sverige (+1 NA)
HMS Drottning Victoria (+1 NA)
HMS Gustav V (+1 NA)

Cruiser type 1
HMS Gotland (-1 NA, +2 AA)
HMS Äran (-1 Speed)
HMS Manligheten (-1 Speed)
HMS Tapperheten (-1 Speed)
HMS Oscar II (-1 Speed)

Cruiser type 0
HMS Fylgia

Destroyer type 1
Ehrensköld Group

Destroyer type 0
Wrangel Group

Submarine type 1
Draken Group
Delfinen Group

Submarine type 0
Braxen Group
Valrossen Group

Note that tech to build cruiser type 1, destroyer type 1, basic battleship (as well as pre-dreadnougth battleship) and submarine type 1 should be present. Bofors built good naval guns up to 30,5cm caliber (as well as 15,2cm dual purpose guns).

That is Sweden. Will go for Spain next.

These were built in Finland and altough they used bofors guns I think Finland should have the technology to build more of these if she wants to.

Also, the Nationalists recieved 4 old destroyers from Italy (Ceuta, Melilla, Huesca and Teruel) so if Italy chooses to support the rebels, I think that the Nationalists should get a destroyer type 0 and a submarine type 0 (at 50 strength) since they got 2 submarines (General Mola and General Sanjurjo) from the Italians as well.

And the Spaniards should have the tech to build all these ships, since they built them at home at their own wharf.

1936 first, other scenarios later. Some nations refitted their ships (and that is why they should have technology to do so in HoI to) to better standards (better guns, more AA; better engines/boilers, better rangefinders and sighting equipment, new shells etc).

The list should also be a good pointer to class name for each type.

Thanks for addin it, Vulture, really inspiring doing this research when it gets into the official release.

and is Oscar II the Wasa? Or where is that Cruiser?

HMS Dristigheten was altered to a seaplane tender with only a few AA guns in the 20s, so she won't be in HoI, unfortunately.

What about submarines (Vetehinen, Vesihiisi, Iku-Turso, Saukko and Vesikko), Finland should qualify for a sub type 0?
