Blade, how much would a plot of land within 50 km of Neuwestbaden large enough to have an aircraft production facility and a runway cost? The size I'm thinking right now is about 8 square km (4 km long, 2 km wide).

LAC's Development Plan

The Larsen Aerospace Corp. plans to build an aircraft assembly plant outside of Neuwestbaden. We hope to create several thousand jobs, although we cannot give an exact figure until orders are processed. Our two aircraft models currently on the table are the L500, a medium-sized jetliner seating a maximum of 210 and the LCJ50, a luxurious corporate jet available to nearly any specification.
