The Marxists, Marxist-Leninists and Anarchists have throughout this AAR been the strongest proponents of internationalism. Non of them are at all comparable with the abominations of the Soviet Union of 'Communist' China.

The closest we have gotten to the 'bad' communists was Blanqui and I remind you the Centralists had residence as their policy.

Meanwhile the moderate factions are much more willing to accept the concept of nations and by extension nationalities.

I'm also not so sure about your claim that moderate socialists are better on minority rights than radicals.

For shared issues I divided them.

However I'll admit to being a little harsh on the Militarists. I gave them a big slice of pro miliatry and jingoism adn not much else. But they still come out as a big force. I just didn't want them running away with about 30 seats.

The Independents really did have very few issues in common with the people.

I've also thought of a nice way to explain the different faction's stances on the problems in Africa.

The Marxist-Leninsts and Anarchists ignore them.

The Militarists don't care.

The Moderates want to tackle them.

And the Independents accept the problems exist but are banking on things just sorting themselves out.

Yet these idealists seem to have impressed you guys so I guess their doing something right.

Out of curiosity, how many percent of the population has the issue "free press"?

Thanks Tommy! Interesting.

Probably not many, as it takes time for an issue to build up support in V2, and Lenin only censored the press a couple of years ago.

Soz Tommy. It's just that the two are pretty similiar, so it's kind of hard to make up my mind :D

...I can't see an issue on which they agree? I think this election is unique for the sheer difference between all the parties.

Well, I ment more on general policies (ie. free trade, interventionism, etc.). I would also say Free Press, with a somewhat slight difference for Independents (with them enforcing Communard's idea).

I dunno, maybe it's just me. I thought they looked kind of similiar.

I'm voting Moderates we need to put workers rights first but it can't come at the cost of worker fighting against worker. Seeing as I'll probably be one of only a handful of party members voting for the moderates, I'd like to urge them to seek a coalition with the Independents before any other party.

I'm not going to vote.
Just because it will be an interesting thing to see where this country goes.
and who it votes for.

For the first time, I'm seriously torn between factions. On one hand, Lenin has done essentially everything right. On the other, if he continues on his present course he will come perilously close to devolving the state into a Dictatorship.
With that reasoning, I'll place my faith in the hope that Lenin will curtail freedom no more. I shall cast my vote for the Marxist-Leninists.

What good does it do to expand a revolution only to corrupt it from within?

Nothing, and because that we must keep the corrupt Anarchists away from power. :D

:(

You can see where the country goes and who votes for whom when voting.
