Well, here goes my first AAR

For those unfamiliar with this great mod (seriously, go download it NOW if you don't have it), it's basically a "what if" where the Middle Powers emerged victorious in The Great War.

Here is the situation early in the game. Note that the Pacific States hasn't formed yet.

Firstly: America with Hoover at the helm
AAR5.jpg

Europe, with a German Juggernaut, and the losers of WWI looking for revenge
AAR4.jpg

Africa. The White nation is nationalist France, and the big green one is a German Puppet.
AAR9.jpg

The Middle East and India
AAR7.jpg

The Pacific
AAR8.jpg

Asia
AAR3.jpg

Mongolia is a pretty big player and very aggresive this game:
AAR2.jpg

The Qing look like they're doomed
AAR1.jpg

Also, Japan is Democratic

Next update should have higher quality pictures, I didn't realize how badly they were compressed.

*subscribes* for what should be a fun ride!

John Garner wins the november election.
AAR11.jpg

And even has Hoover's support
AAR12.jpg

But not everyone feels so happy about the situation:
AAR13.jpg

It seems the country is falling apart at the seams
AAR14.jpg

AAR19.jpg

Garner is inagurated
AAR17.jpg

But the troubles continue:
AAR18.jpg

It looks like violence is about to erupt:
AAR20.jpg

And Huey Long, a powerful man from Louisiana starts to take action:
AAR15.jpg

February 29, 1937, the day when The Secound American Civil War began, and the union was ruptured.

Huey Long leads the fascist American Union State
AAR22.jpg

And Reed heads the Combined Syndicates of America
AAR21.jpg

And here's the initial situation:
AAR23.jpg

As the United States breaks out into all out war this happens:
AAR24.jpg

AUS and CSA soldify their goverments
AAR25.jpg

AAR27.jpg

Canada seizes Alaska and New England. The American mentality is "better them than the Reds". Except for the Reds.

AAR26.jpg

AAR29.jpg

AUS and CSA seize control of some additional territory:

AAR28.jpg

And then finaly:

AAR30.jpg

AAR31.jpg

Cool, I like that there are a lot of pics here. :D

Thank you for all your comments. I like to serve ;)

Sacramento

Frank Merriam, the former Californian governor, and now leader of The Pacific States of America was seated at a table with his advisors. He stood and spoke:

“Gentlemen, as you are aware, we are now the most powerful Democratic Government in the Americas, and nearly of the whole world. However, our situation is a precarious one, and we cannot expect foreign aid. Our relations with Japan, Democratic though they may be, are strained at best and they are wholly concerned with their ambitions of Imperialism. It is possible that they may find us, or the recently independent Hawaiians a target. If they do, they will find us tougher than they expect. It now falls on us to preserve Democracy. In fact, word has come in that France and Britian are publicly supporting the Syndicists, and we can expect millitary aid to be sent as well.”

"Firstly, no matter what this nation will remain as a Democracy"

AAR34.jpg

"As you know, several days ago we have formally declared war on the United States, at the same time that they decided to attack us. However we are not at war with the AUS or the CSA"

AAR36.jpg

“Out second order of business is organizing the armed forces. We have started to call up The Guard, and organize our Navy and Airforce”

AAR32.jpg

AAR35.jpg

AAR42.jpg

AAR37.jpg

AAR38.jpg

"We have our best and brightest already working to give us an edge over our enemies"

AAR46.jpg

"We have established diplomatic relations with Hawaii, and with New England"

AAR33.jpg

AAR39.jpg

AAR40.jpg

"Fighting has already occurred, with our bombers harassing a division of U.S infantry."

AAR43.jpg

"We have very few natural resources of our own, and areas with these are very important to our cause."

AAR41.jpg

"Already, our forces have started to advance on the U.S"

AAR47.jpg

"America is being pushed back in the East as well, if our sources are to be believed"

AAR44.jpg

AAR45.jpg

So much for the former USA...

Wow, I didn't even know KR had all those events.

The version I used didn't have an independent New England.

Down with PSA, MacArthur wins! (only when he is leading America, tho.)

800px-GoldenGateBridge-001.jpg

Even the war doesn't stop the finishing of the Golden Gate Bridge
AAR49.jpg

The PSA also starts to optimize its industry towards war.
AAR48.jpg

New divisions are called up:
AAR50.jpg

And the entire front advances in the relative absence of American troops
AAR55.jpg

Helped by regional PSA air support
AAR51.jpg

AAR62.jpg

The AUS make advances against the CSA, taking their capital.
AAR52.jpg

But, they are encircled
AAR54.jpg

PSA troops advancing on the new U.S capital of Denver are thrown back. Apparently the USA is prepared to defend their Government this time
AAR56.jpg

So the Pacific troops start to form a pincer to attack from multiple directions
AAR58Aug.jpg

But the USA has some fight left in it
AAR59.jpg

But not enough
AAR64.jpg

Dallas is capture, splitting Texas between the PSA and AUS
AAR66.jpg

The battle for Denver is fought on the land

AAR67.jpg

And in the air
AAR61.jpg

Frank Merriam is accused of taking funds needed for the war effort. He stays in office only because of the war.
AAR60.jpg

The last of the soldiers still loyal the USA are defeated in The Battle of Smokey Hill.

AAR69.jpg

AAR70.jpg

The situation looks like this:
AAR71.jpg

The PSA is at peace, for now, while the CSA starts to drive out the AUS.

And a very good boon for the Pacific Nation's future:

AAR72.jpg

Wow, the Mexicans are massing at the border!

Wow, the Mexicans are massing at the border!

Sometimes Mexico declares war on the PSA, which I'm hoping for. My industrial base isn't really all that big, and I could use some more IC and some war time economy.

I never saw a human being beaten by the AI either
