I don't know if many people are aware of this but Hitler many times before the war gestured to make allies out of the Poles, particularly while Piłsudski was in charge. He went so far as to praise the Polish State in a 1937 speech and cut them in on some predominantly Polish land when Czechoslovakia was dismembered.trekaddict - Wise you are, sir, in not envying them. Kordo - This actually ties into the very interesting alternate history that I would have done had I not done Weltkriegschaft. That is, Hitler managing to get Danzig peacefully, and continuing his buildup and bloodless annexations until his original ideal start date for the war in 1945-1947.
