OOC: Not really. Besides, this treaty does not preclude peaceful solution...except of course if you decide to attack any one of us. It's up to you really if you want a war or not.

Hello there Fry, but I was curious if I could maybe play as Spain? c: I'm fine if you'd rather keep the game at the current level of players, but I'd like to if you're able.
I would also like to join as Bulgaria if possible. I've asked JPD and he said to post on the thread. I also asked Muskey and he said maybe if Fry was okay. If you want any help with stats or updates I'd be happy to help although I'm afraid my parts of updates won't be anywhere near as good as any of the GM's.
