I must start with an explanation.
Previous list, which is already implemented in the AoD was restricted to most important issues so it was relatively short. Observing that much smaller countries received proper treatment and got several new techteams made me reconsider some ideas.
Finally since research in AoD differs a little from the 'vanilla' some teams had to be revised.
The main idea with the list was to represent all important industrial centers, companies and at least some of more important doctriners of the Polish Armed Forces of that period. In some cases a single team represents several people or companies which were working together or were rivals as long as results of such a rivalry resulted in something - positive or negative.
Also this time a couple of techteams represent research centers which would appear in 1940-41, but only those which were important, which would FOR sure exist - no fantasy-based alternatives which will be proven below.
I am also attaching the files including 96 x 96 24 bit images.

As you can see the list is larger, much larger, but I am quite certain it is reasonable and balanced.
First the revisited teams:
Industrial team
COP
2700;COP;T2700;
5;1938;1970
receives larger skill (5 from 4), but is pushed to 1938.
Reasons:
- the industralisation project wasn't advanced enough in 1937,
- skill 4 wasn't sufficient considering the fact that the research is more difficult in AoD (according to the developers),
- many accepted proposals for other countries made me reconsider keeping skill 4 for that team,
- Poland enjoyed very high development/recovery rate in those years and the team is the most important industrial tool which can be used to recreate the recovery,
- 1938 is the year where several important techs are set,
- several factories which were a part of the project started production in 1938 (e.g. HCP's Artillery Factory in Rzeszów),
Overall - the team becomes stronger.
Code:
2703;Panstwowa Wytwórnia Uzbrojenia;T2703;4;1930;1970;general_equipment;artillery;electronics;training;[B]chemistry[/B]
PWU receives chemistry.
Previously I thought something new could be added to represent numerous ammunition factories which were a part of this large military concern.
This time it makes more sense to modify the team because it would be the primary tool to research new divisions of all kinds.
attaching alternative image for the team -

Skill reduced to 2 (from 4).
alternative picture wit logo -
The PWS produced trainers, gliders and similar airplanes. The company was supposed to experience retooling and modernisation in early 1940s + several all-wooden, but modern airplanes were prepared for that period such as this:
PWS-46 light bomber.
NOTE - some small aircraft producers preoposed for other countries could be treated in a similar way - PWS produced
over 1650 airplanes and I still think it only deserves skill 2.
Code:

PZL - the main all-metal aircraft designer and producer in Poland which experienced massive expansion in late 1930s - in 1939 a new factory in Mielec (PZL WP-2, currently PZL Mielec) was opened suported by a new aircraft electronics producer and expanded facilities in Warsaw ( PZL WP-1).
No doubts the company would become even larger and more important.

re-named. Naval Works of the Polish Navy was the official name of the company before late 1940s. Also the company was only able to built lager vessels after new naval docks were built in 1938.
The picture should be modified as well - using present-day logo -
or something from their webside - historical section.

In 1939 construction of two large destroyers (modified-Grom class so very modern) was supposed to be started. Materiel gathered for these vessels was used to built armoured train 'Smok Kaszubski' (Kashubian Dragon) in the second week of September 1939.

Simple mistake - the ending dayte was never supposed to be in 1939. I overlooked last time.
NEW TEAMS
=========
Code:
2717;Stanislaw Maczek;T_POL_Maczek;4;1938;1970;combined_arms_focus;small_unit_tactics;training;technical_efficiency;
Replacing previous optional proposal (Dowództwo Broni Pancernych).
Maczk is considered the best POL commanders of the II WW and in fact it could be said he wasn't defeated a single time during the war - his brigade retreated in order in 1939 slowing down the offensive of the XXIInd Panzer Corps to a crawl and later his unit was ordered to cross the border after the Soviet Invasion, a day after he successfully started removing pockets of resistence of the 1st Mountain Division to the north of Lvov.
Many Maczek's subordinates were critical in developing of the polish armoured doctrine before the war and often commanded Polish tank and mechanised brigades during the war.
1938 is set as a startin year because around that time most of the decisions behind mechanization of the Polish Army were made (medium tanks were defined as the weapon of the future which closed down severl other projects - swimming tanks 3TP, new armoured cars etc.)
The team will come useful if any mechanized paths are chosen.
Code:
2720;Stanislaw Sosabowski;T_POL_Sosabowski;4;1941;1970;general_equipment;small_unit_tactics;training;
Sosabowski represents polish paratrooper school and doctrine development of the armoured arms.
It is little known fact, but before the war Poland was quite advanced when it comes to paratrooper doctrine and equipment designed to support that forces. Although not comparable with the USSR or Germany it would form a battalion in February 1940 with a regiment to the end of the year and possibly a brigade in 1941.
The widely unsuccessful Luftwaffe airstrike against Polish Air Force on September 1 achived at least one, less known victory - it destroyed transport planes which were prepared to drop paratroopr special force units in Eastern Prussia.
The abilities and the name of the team is a difficult choice. It is more like a flavour team which can be used to research paratrooper divisions or used as a secondary/tertiary doctrine team.
Sosbowski himself was instrumental in the development and training of the Paratroop Brigade in Britain (after work done in WOS in Bydgoszcz in 1938-39 and by Górski and Kalenkiewicz in 1940-41), he was also a very good infantry commander in 1939.
Code:
2721;Edward Smigly-Rydz;T_POL_Rydz_Smigly;3;1930;1941;management;large_unit_tactics;infantry_focus;centralized_execution;
Rydz-Smigly was the commander of the Polish Army after Józef Pisudski died in 1935. He was chosen mainly because shown no interest in politics and as one of most trusted subordinates of the Old Man.
Unfortunatelly be bacame interested in the politics after 1935... but remained active as the commander of the armed forces. He was responsible for the rearamment and modernization plan from 1930s which was possible after certain preparations were made by Pilsudski in earlier years.
The plan would result in a modernised army in 1941-42 (about a year after new factories of the COP were at full production speed). Unfortunatelly the war came yarlier and Smigly-Rydz made too many questionable decisions to deserve higher skill.
For the game he would serve as a secondary doctrine team/logistics team.
Code:
2724;Kazimierz Sosnkowski;T_POL_Sosnkowski;4;1941;1970;management;large_unit_tactics;infantry_focus;centralized_execution;
Sosnkowski replaces Rydz in 1941 when the previous commander would either be elected as a president or his influence would become weaker.
Sosnkowski was another of the most trusted men from the Legions. he was considered most capable of the closest friends of Pilsudski, but his involvement in politics was too large to be ignored - at least Pilsudski seen that this way.
He is considered more capable than Smigly-Rydz and proved more than a decent commander in 1939. The most probable replacement of Smigly-Rydz I could think of.
Code:
2722;Józef Zajac;T_POL_Zajac;3;1938;1970;fighter_tactics;aircraft_testing;centralized_execution;
Air defence commander, arch-rival of Ludomil Rayski. Supported fighter force development at the cost of the bomber arms. Made some improvements, but ignored the retaliatory and strategical importance and power of the sizable bomber forces Rayski thought necessary.
Player should be able to chose what is his idea of the air forces for POL.
2734;Józef Unrug;T_POL_Unrug;3;1930;1970;naval_training;small_taskforce_tactics;seamanship;
A German of Polish descent who became the commander of the Polish Navy.
He certainly was less ambitious than Swirski and ironically less skilled in developing submarine doctrine (Swirski supported the submarine arms as the best weapon against Soviet Navy, especially its battleships which led to the purchase of so called Gangut-killers such as ORP Orzel with 12 torpedo tubes!), ironically because he commanded an U-boot during the 1st WW and the British considered his presence in the Polish Army as an unfriendly gesture.
His presence is essential becaue someone should be available to replace Swirski.

True Stocznia Gdynia was a merchant shipyard which started more ambitious projects in 1939.
It comes without naval artillery because is not a military shipyard.
I'd like to add that there were river vessels built somewhere else, as well as two minesweepers built in river shipyard in Modlin, but two naval workshops seem enough to me.

It was the largest private-owned aircraft producer and designer in Poland. Produced mostly civilian airplanes, but in later 1930s reached levels of development which allowed them to compete for military deals (such as RWD-22 torpedo bomber or RWD-25 light fighter).
Their airplanes were of mixed construction - not all-metal, but relatively modern and resilent. Over 800 airplanes were produced by the company.

Fablok or Pierwsza Fabryka Lokomotyw w Polsce (First Locomotive Factory in Poland) in Chrzanów, Upper Silesia was the main locomotive producer in Poland finishing over 1300 locomotives to 1939.
It was also one of major exporters selling their products to Bulgaria, Latvia, Morocco and the USSR, but only after domestic demand was more or less covered (railroad transport was devastated during the 1st WW).
In 1938 it started working on launching license-based car production. From 1940 it was supposed to produce tanks, I am not sure what type.

Second largest, but much older locomotive and wagon producer in Poland. Best known industrial show-piece of Greater Poland (Poznan).
Established by Hipolit Cegielski in the XIXth century it flourished after 1918 building various equipment and machines - including tractors and armoured trains. In 1938 they established a cannon factory in rzeszów as a part of the COP producing large number of AA and AT cannons some exported to Britain and Romania.
Code:

PZT or PZTiR was the largest electronics producer in Poland largerly responsible for the rapid development of radio communication and especially radio entertainment. Its production capabilities were growing quickly as a part of the COP project. Large numer of military radiostations was due to be delivered in 1940 (about 25 % of the order was received to September 1939).

Elektrit was the largest factory in pre-war Wilno. It was also the largest or ctually the only exporter of electronics in Poland selling their high quality radios to many countries around the world.
It was especially important in developemnt of radio in Eastern Poland where at least 20 % of the population was still illiterate (before 1918 it was more than 50 %).
It was also the most advanced electronics producer in Poland, though didn't receive too many military orders (partially because of the presence of initialy strong communist trade unions which organised a strike in 1935).

In the end I must add that Poland had relatively large River Florilla (Pinsk Fleet) which was extremey important in case of the war against the Soviets (Prypet 'Sea' was virtually inaccessible in spring, mild winter and autumn), but during hot summer of 1939 it had to be disbanded and their crews fought on foot during the victorious battles against Soviets and Germans (ironically the last battle of the campaign was a Polish tactical victory).
I think that the list should cover several options and possible requirements. Some are less useful than the others, but are here ust in case so I will not need to return and make further changes.
Only playing the AoD with them shold result in adjustments.
