It's more of an economic union, not a military alliance. Though all are non-aligned (not Entente or Mitteleuropan).

I see, that makes it more clear. The pre-cursor to the EuU, but with added Catholics for flavor!

Revolution Rises in the East
Chapter 4
CLASSIFIED / POLITBURO EYES ONLY

RESULTS OF JAPANESE POLITBURO VOTE ON THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF MARXIST STATES ON MAINLAND ASIA
15.6.1936

YEA: 9
NAY: 4
PRESENT: 1

The following is a short clip from a newsreel appearing in Japanese theaters in June 1936:

Arise, Workers of Japan! We bring you word of the International Proletarian Revolution!

In the spirit of Democratic Centralism, the Japanese Communist Party has decided that now is the time to finally free the people of Asia from oppression! The People's Republics of China, Korea, and Siberia have been established, and the Communist Parties of those nations fill their ranks with the workers of Asia! Their governments have been established, on the Marxist-Trotskyist Model of Japan, and they are purging their nations of their former oppressors. Their armies are also being formed, with help from the JPA, to help in the war against the Chinese Imperialists.

JPR51.png
By mid-September, the Imperialists had been thrust out of the area of the PRC that they had occupied. The war is now fought entirely on the Imperialist's lawns and in the Capitalist's factories!

JPR52.png
Now that the newly established People's States have taken over the purging of Counter-Revolutionaries in Mainland Asia, all of the People's Japanese Army on the Mainland has been sent to crush the Chinese Imperialists. They will not last!

JPR53.png
In the United States, an alliance of Capitalists and Reactionaries has risen up and declared independence on the Pacific Coast. They are no better than the US before them, but at least it is a blow to the Land of the Capitalists.

JPR54.png
Taking their lead, reactionaries of the American Union State and the people of the Combined Syndicates of America have also risen up, starting the Second American Civil War. The CSA is the closest to Marxist-Trotskyism, but they too are still syndicalists. Mexico, which claims to be 'socialist,' has declared war on the Pacific nation for its own Imperialistic ambitions. It seems that only Japan--and now her allies--can spread true Revolution.

JPR55.png
These three new nations are all Political Abominations, no more progressive than the United States. But they will distract the US from the Japanese People's Republic, and our mission of spreading socialism in the International Revolution. This is the first step to bringing socialism to the people of North America!

Interesting to see the degeneration of the USA, the loss of the west coast will really hurt them in the long run...

Nice work, and long live the revolution! :D

The loss of the Rust Belt, and the South will also hurt them. It's very exciting!

Make sure to annex the PSA to ensure true communism and freedom...
Right now I have enough trouble with China. . . my army is small and outdated, and I have no way to get to America (no bases close enough). But rest assured, the revolution will spread to North America! Eventually.

Please don't say Kim is the leader of the PRK.....
No, Yeo Un-hyeong is the leader of the PRK. Game default.

Hehe, A new better world shall come after some imperialists butcherin has been done.
I'm actually really excited about making new communist nations. It's really cool to see a line of People's Republics in the diplomacy screen, and to see their red flags.

i have to say that despite what it stands for, the PRK flag is one of the best looking that i have ever seen. second only to the CSA battle flag.

I feel the same way! I love the idea of starting small and slowly (or quickly!) liberating an alliance of nations. They will certainly be very important in helping you both militarily and research-wise.

Trade partners! :D

Coming from and living in the rust belt, I can definately confirm that! :D

Eagerly awaiting the next update! :D

It does look good. I'll give you that.

The Comintern shall rise again!

It gets worse for the US; just wait for it.

Game default? Interesting.....

Of the mod or the actual game?
I have no idea. It's Stalinist (well, it says Trotskyist but its the Stalinist settings), and its Korea, and he's the leader.

i dont want to get into a deep debate, but i would have thought trotsky would run a rather more liberal and less absolutely awful regime than stalin.

The map in the first post is weird, because Germany has no colonies. What happened to them? In case they were victorious in the east, why doesn't Poland have Danzig?
It's the Kaiserreich mod, so it has colonies (Morrocco, the Suez and Somaliland, Indochina, etc.), but its African colonies became Mittelafrica--I think that's what it was.

And Poland wasn't victorious. I'm not really sure what you mean by that?

Revolution Rises in the East
Chapter 5
"So as to be able to begin its activity without delay, the Congress is electing the necessary bodies immediately with the idea that the definitive statutory constitution of the Communist International will be submitted to the next congress at the Bureau’s proposal. The leadership of the Communist International is entrusted to an Executive Committee. The latter is made up of a representative from the Communist Parties of each of the most important countries. The Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Siberian Parties should immediately send their representatives to the first Executive Committee.

"The parties of those countries which declare their adherence to the Communist International before the Second Congress will obtain a seat on the Executive Committee.

"Until the arrival of the foreign representatives, the comrades of the country where the Executive Committee has its headquarters undertake to carry out the work. The executive Committee elects a Bureau of five people."

--From the Organization of the Fourth Communist International

The following is a short clip from a newsreel appearing in Japanese theaters in March 1937:

Arise, Workers of Japan! We bring you word of the International Proletarian Revolution!

This fall in North America, the Second American Civil War went into full swing. With the Synidcalist seizure of much of the most industrialized area of the US, including the Capitalist stronghold of New York, they stand a better chance of surviving. The Monarchists in Canada also decided to grab what they can in New England.

JPR61.png
The PSA took another state in the west, and all of the participants are expanding their empires in this war. Except, of course, for the United States.

JPR62.png
In China, our war against the Imperialists continues! The Japanese People's Army controlled most of the north of Imperial China by the middle of December. The Imperialist armies crumble as the workers of China defect and join the International Revolution, even more so with word spreading of the election of Li Dazhao to the Comintern Bureau. The People of China join our cause!

JPR63.png
In North America, the United States crumbles. The end of the Second American Civil War is near, and with it the next stage of the Revolution in America is sure to come!

JPR64.png
In the war in China, the Imperialists have seen the power of the Workers of Asia, and has tried to end the war. They will fail! No, now the first divisions from the People's Republics of China, Siberia, and Korea have joined their Japanese brothers on the front, to end the oppression of the Chinese people!
