Problems:
C.G. Haenel pic I do not see.
Nor the Angolan navy (probably this is why I have not done it)
I only see the non uniform picture of Anton Denikin, Igor Sikorsky

I think just take the picture, put it in B&W, and drop it in. It's too bad to even try touching up, because of those lines and stuff. Just take it stock and crop it to size.;)

I'll try to get the C.G. Haenel. Also that is the wrong picture for Telefunken. That one is for the other company (Heimsoeth & Rinke). Does the Angolan Navy not show in my post at the top of this page?

These you don't have to worry about them yet.:) I'm not done with Russia.

There is only one picture of Igor Sikorsky, By a Floatplane.
I will try to get the Anton Denikin back up as well.

I'll start looking at Russia again.

Before talking about my test I have to say that I did the following changes:
1) Fermi lowered to 7 in oder to prevent ahistorical employment
2) Cantieri Riuniti dell'Adriatico, Terni and Montecatini lowered to 4 as this is more in line with Italian means
3) Added management and chemistry to Crocco (skill 4) in order to make him the best at rocketry
4) Added aeronautics to Cantieri Ansaldo
5) Added FIAT-Ansaldo skilled 4

The TTs I tested are

The results are that for each research below mentioned the teams being used are more in line with the history. The only deviation from real history is that FIAT is not, because of its specialities, a good team for researching aeroplanes and tanks. With regards the first point I would say that Italy has many aircraft makers while regarding tanks FIAT-Ansaldo is the right historical plausible alternative

Italy AI research (handsoff HoI2 game) based on Cardus's new proposed TT with amended vanilla teams and new TT

Mar 36 using Ugo Cavallero for Rear Area Supply Dumps and Agip for Basic Machine Tools
Jun 36 using Breda Armi for Early Field Artillery and Beretta for Early AT Artillery
Sep 36 using Reggiane for Early Fighter, Breda Ferroviaria for Rear Area Repair Shop, Agip for Agricultural Prod. and Fiat-Ansaldo for Early Static AA Artillery
Dec 36 same research

Mar 37 using Beretta for Basic Cavalry Division and Università La Sapienza for Basic Encryption Devises
Jun 37 using Beretta for Semi-Modern Cavalry Division
Sep 37 using Università La Sapienza for Impr. Computing Machine, Agip for Adv. Machine Tools and Reggiane for Basic Interceptor
Dec 37 same research

Mar 38 using Agip for Impr. Oil Refining, Beretta for Basic Infantry Division and Breda Armi for Basic Mountain Division
Jun 38 using Università La Sapienza for Basic Decryption Devises
Sep 38 same research
Dec 38 using Fiat-Ansaldo for Basic Light Tank

Mar 39 using Terni for Early Airborne Division, Breda Armi for Early TD, Beretta for Basic Field Artillery & Lancia for Basic AT Artillery
Jun 39 using Breda Armi for Basic Motorised Division and Ugo Tiberio for Production Planning
Sep 39 using Università La Sapienza for Impr.Encryption Devises, Teseo Tesei for H-K Doctrine & Terni for Night Strafing Doctrine
Dec 39 using Fiat-Ansaldo for Impr. Light Tank

Well done. Seems to have solved the Università La Sapienza, Reggiane and Breda problems so all OK by me.

Teseo Tesei is a TT?!

Please note the disclaimer as well. I'm not sure that this ship belongs to Angola or to Portugal.

Yes he is. He was a genius for you info :)

Undoubtedly, but he wasn't a genius commanding and organizing fleets in battle...

Edit:

I do admit it looks quite mighty to be in the Angolan Navy...

No I don't see the pic. This is why I asked. If it is the same that Cardus was not sure about, that I have seen in his post. However, the site you suggested have some good one:

He is a sub specialist. He represents the Italian frogmen doctrine. Please note that Italian frogmen sunk, or severely damaged, about 100,000 tons of Allied warships and 131,527 tons of merchant shipping. Please find below a short list and a link to a webpage

No, it's funny because I am reading a book from the Library "The Italian Navy in WWII", by Admiral Marc A. Bragadin. And I am in the chapter about the Frogmen (they get their own chapter, otherwise the book goes chronologically).

True. He's definitely worth a TT. Good job Cardus!

Is he a leader aswell?

I am agreeing he is worth the TT, but I thought the Small Taskforce Tactics is a bit much.

My wish was that they had sunk some CV's.:D

Yeah, I am going to comb the thread it was in for some other pictures for things. It's like 50 pages and has pictures of all sorts (Even some Hungarian River Patrol:D)

Hey, can you still make a normal one of Meireles? Ithink it would be best to not worry about it's loks, but to have one the right size and color.;)

I know the eye might look a bit strange but after investing some half an hour into that picture I feel attached to it.
