Since there probably won't be any more official patches for HoI I have compiled all the DIY fixes that I know of. If you have any bugfixes that aren't here please post them in the Fix-it-Yourself thread in the bug forum. Post any other comments in the announcement thread. UPDATED 11/14/05; NOW INCLUDES MODIFIER FIXES.

list of changes:
- Fixed duplicate (actually triplicate) minister ID 52069 in db\ministers\ministers_chi.csv
- Fixed duplicate minister ID 21110 in db\ministers\ministers_hun.csv (Chief of Air Force Tomor)
- Created files containing only a "This file not used" message to overwrite Paradox-supplied files which are not used by the game:
db\events\elections\*.txt (the IDs in the few files here don't match the current minister files)
db\events\105.txt
db\ministers\minister_cro.csv
db\units\infantry_tech.txt
db\units\ballistic_missile.txt (ICBMs are actually models in flying_rocket.txt)
db\units\icbm.txt (ICBMs are actually models in flying_rocket.txt)
- Fixed typo in db\leaders\usa.csv: Lee;60223;USA;2;253 should be Lee;60223;USA;2;257
- Added NOT = { war = { country = ENG country = USA } } to triggers for event 10572 in db\events\ai\ai.txt
(Thanks to MaSo for this fix.)
- Added triggers to the USA "Monroe Doctrine" events for Central and South America so USA won't intervene if the target is already allied to any of the other 7 large powers, not just the three initial alliance leaders (in case the original leader is annexed).
- Added new event for the critical Japan 1937 election to replace the problematic minister-file-based election. Edit the db\events\japan_election.txt file to modify it (e.g. to remove the b and c choices for the AI to force a more historical game). (This also required modification of the minister file to remove that election.)
- Changed 2100 (Welded Armor) to 2000 (Riveted Armor) in 1936 scenario for Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela

- Added basic Naval Tech and Naval Doctrine theories needed for Saudi Arabia's techapps in 1936 scenario

- Fixed misplaced AA unit in all four of the soviet.inc [or sov.inc] files (1936, 1939, 1941, 1944).

- Fixed duplicate province in db\revolt.txt for SIB. Replaced one 1636 (Jakutsk) with 1638 (Kolymskoje).

- Fixed pointer to event text in event 4102 (db\events\103.txt).

- Fixed wrong message text for event command "nuclear_carrier".
(Subs may now launch Nukes -> Flying Bombs may now carry Nukes)
- Merged Robert Koop's modifier fixpack. (New techapp 1974 in db\tech\infantry_tech.txt and add that tech to all country .inc files.)

Hi! Sorry if this offtop, but what i must make would subs can now launch Nukes? This is very important for me.
Pretty sure it's not possible. Maybe something that was intended but dropped and they forgot to change the localization string. It's been a long time but I probably would have fixed that instead of just changing the localization if it was possible.
