How is the Russian education reform destructive to Ukrainian society? If anything, it will Improve the Ukrainian lifestyle, bringing greater knowledge and improved literacy to Ukraine. Also, how have the French supported your claim?

I find it ridiculous that the Ukrainians, who would've become accepted into Russian society and equal to Russians if they stayed with the motherland, complain about how they are poor and unaccepted in Russia when it was they who fired against Russia, not the other way around.

For are the Schools in the Ukraine teaching Ukrainian. No they are Teaching Russian. They are trying to unify there lands under the Russian language as a first step to ridding Russia of all non-Russian Cultures. The French support these Claims as in there call upon the Russians to continue the Reforms they state to Improve Russia and the Russians. Implying that they know and agree with Russia's Sinister Plans to wipe out Non-Russian Culture. The only Way Ukrainians would gain equality in Russia was to become Russians. We Reject Russia and we will fight to Maintain our Independence Russian Trickery removed from us. We will fight to the Last man. Ukraine will be Free.

Europe​


In the United Kingdom, a general shrinking of the Royal Navy and the Royal Army begins. The Government sets up a huge pension fund, allowing for Veterans to collect benefits as they eventually go back to work. The influx of Veterans who were fit physically helped the economy, and it began to grow again with Construction leading the way. The Royal Navy saw some ships transferred to Australia, and the rest scrapped. However, in the process of scrapping, one ship escaped her moorings and drifted out to sea. The French Navy, patrolling the English Channel, see it and notice it is not flying any flag, and assume that it is Pirate Ship, and commence to pummel it and sink the ship, killing some British Crewmen who were trying to get it back to port. When the British Rescue Crew arrives to tow the ship back, they find nothing but debris and a few floating bodies.

War Games in the North Sea commence, as an effort to improve the Navy's fighting capabilities begins. The cost of sending the ships to sea and to document and log the games are taken from the British Treasury, but it was overall sucessful.

In France, the Republican, Radical and Radical-Socialist Party gains a stunning majority of 45%, where the quickly elect Paul Doumer to become the President of the French Republic. Half the country dislikes him, and members of the Radical Socialists form the new opposition party National French Workers Party (PNTF), which quickly gains 20% in the Senate. The resulting instability in the Government causes the President to lose some control of his country.

The new President then attempts to reform the tax system, and he succeeds in getting the entire law thrown out, and a replacement shell put in. It will take more work, however, to fully reform it.

In Germany, the Berlin-Babylon Railway is officially laid down, which promises to be a huge, expansive Railway System that has two lines side by side, running from Berlin to Babylon. The official route was to be Berlin to Vienna, then Budapest, Bucharest, Sofia, Istanbul, Ankara then onto Babylon. The cost was estimated to be rather large, but slowly it started to be constructed.

Demobilised Soldiers from the Three Emperor's War enter into Armed Service as Regulars, while the rest go off to take pensions for the rest of their life.

In Germany, a sweeping set of reforms are enacted to help subsidize farms, and improve the working conditions of factory workers. This resulted in the slowdown of productivity because the Government was there to help pick up any lost profits or give them subsidies if they did not meet the quota. It soon became more profitable to be lazy and waste than to be active and productive.

In Italy, a new Policy of Military First is enacted, giving the Military Priority over all other affairs of state. This resulted in a coup d'état of the Civilian Government, giving the King absolute control of the entire nation as Head of the Army. His new title was King and Marshall of the Italian Kingdom. The Military enacts a huge crackdown on all dissent as the country enters into a shaky and awkward period of stability.

The King and Marshall gave a huge, grand speech in Rome, proclaiming that the entire nation was better off, and that business would be allowed to flourish, as many of the laws and regulations from the previous Civilian Government were to be thrown out, and that business may have vast control once again, but within the limits set by the Army.

The Danubian Army undergoes a period of expansion, mostly from demobilized forces, but nevertheless it brings the Danubian Army up to reasonable fighting strength.

The Danubian Government orders massive spending into Industry and to pay of debts related to the construction of several railways around the country.

Taxes are lowered in the Danubian Federation, but they are relatively ineffective outside Austria Proper, and only stimulate the economy a small amount.

Fighting between Danubian and Polish forces prove inconclusive as the Polish are pushed back, but they incite the Poles in Germany to rise up in revolution as well, pitting the Poles against the Danubian Federation and the German Empire.

The Bulgarian signature on the treaty of Geneva has confirmed their commitment to peace. Domestically, reaction is positive, but not tremendously so. Bulgarian losses were significant in the closing days of the war due to the Greek betrayal, but no territorial or even economic concessions were gained for the nation, which has led to some ill sentiment among the people.

The British treaty proves less auspicious. The Bulgarian naval officer corps is extremely irritated at taking advice from their British counterparts, particularly given the recent nature of the war, and progress on improving the quality of the Bulgarian navy is extremely slow.

Efforts to collect weaponry left behind in Bulgaria after the War are marred by the state of the front at the conclusion of hostilities. Most of the forces, on departing, took their equipment with them, and having taken significant land without falling back, were able to take the liberty of time in policing their own leavings. Those few weapons left behind frequently suffered battle damage and were unusable, while reverse-engineering destroyed those few samples taken intact to no net benefit.

Conscript reaction to being maintained in the armed forces was poor. Having been conscripted in a fight for their nation's pride, they were ill-pleased with being kept on as free labor by the government. Socialist sentiments have begun to increase in the ranks, even expanding as far as the regular forces, while agitation has sharply increased. Work on the actual reconstruction was minimal.

In many respects, this reaction explains the Bulgarian reaction to an expansion of the armed forces. When the Bulgarian government placed a quota on an expansion of the armed forces by an additional 300%, far above pre-war levels, the people responded angrily. The production of a new arms factory stuttered to an early halt as ongoing deadlock between the Tsar and the Government worsens. The Serbians and Americans together sign a trade agreement, delineating an expansion in trade. The increased flow of wealth between the two nations benefits the two nations modestly.

The nascent Serbian Navy accepts receipt of eight ships from the British Navy. Though obsolete in Britain, these ships rapidly become the pride of the Serbian Navy, which views them as the first step in new maritime ambitions.

The Serbian government, contrariwise to their promises to Tesla, simultaneously called upon the people to donate funds to the government in order to avoid a debt crisis. The Greek government, angered at having been made fools of, moved to punish the corruption in the railroad consortium that had originally accepted the bid. Unfortunately, the individuals responsible for the scam had largely anticipated the popular outrage and already fled the country with their ill-gotten gains, and after several months of desperate searching to find the missing fortune, the investigatory commission could only report complete and abject failure, albeit one with a significant price tag as their own efforts had come at quite a cost.

The increase in educational funding by the Greek Government, centered on the practical disciplines of chemistry and physics, would show immediate results. Admission rates soared as new students began to pursue higher studies as, through government intervention, highly-qualified educators were attracted to the new Greek universities from as far away as France and Britain. With new populations of highly qualified candidates being prepared for eventual matriculation, a significant increase in chemical industries and a wide range of other professions requiring educated professionals is expected.

The Greek high command sought to further improving artillery with new designs featuring improved robustness and increased range, as well as higher payloads. A Veterans Fund is set up Russia, which helps many men from defecting to the Communists, as their support wanes, the Russian Army pushed back in all locations, gaining a lot of ground against the Communists. However, General Brusilov was killed in a major battle between Soviet and Russian forces, and the Russian Army falls apart, allowing the Reds to solidify control over the areas they currently own, as they expanded in Asia.

Only a few pockets of Ukrainian Nationalists exist, but other than that the Revolution is mostly finished, with many of the leaders being sent off to Government Camps that offered education and welfare programs, to make them loyal subjects of the Empire.

North America​


The United States watches as the Olympics unfold in Chicago, marking it to be simply the best Olympic Games in Modern History, reflecting on President Roosevelt greatly, as his popularity reach all time highs in the United States, and the world.

In the town of Flint, Michigan, two men by the name of Louis Chevrolet and William Durant, banded together and saved enough money to buy out the Buick Motor Car Company, and announced the foundation of the Chevrolet Motor Car Company. In Detriot, the long struggling Ford Motor Car Company was losing investors at a rapid rate, and decided to market it's new idea to this new company in a bid to try and get them to help the Ford Motor Car Company. A deal was reached and on March 17th, 1906, the General Motors Corporation was announced, and it ran the brands of Chevrolet, Ford, and Buick, all while using Ford's idea of a massive, moving assembly line where cars could be quickly and easily made and sent down the line. This resulted in a huge explosion of car production for 1906, and the future only look brighter.

In the United States Congress, after much urging from the President, and many issues raised by the muckrackers, the Pure Food and Drug Act and the Federal Meat Inspection Act are passed with overwhelming majorities, even after many details from the novel The Jungle, describing the horrid conditions in which food was prepared for the average American. These new regulations, however, do not sit well with some industries as some factories close due to the regulations.

In Canada, the Government invests money in a multitude of areas, all of which are greeted as a success. After this wave of spending, the government issues a minor tax cut for small businesses, which, in turn, helps grow the economy.

In Colombia, work on the Panama Canal begins, with President Roosevelt ordering Col. Goethals of the Army Corps of Engineers to be in charge of the entire project. The President also was able to force the Colombian Government to cede control of the Panamanian Isthmus to the United States, in which it was incorporated as the Panama Territory.

South America​


Argentina agreed signing the Treaty of Geneva paying the 5,000 to Germany and respecting the agreed points of peace.

Argentina and Uruguay tried to make a commercial agreement, but to no avail.

A bill was passed to start search oil in Comodoro Rivadavia and Neuquen, though many months looking for there were no sign of the black gold. There is still hopes, but a second expedition will have to be done.

President Pellegrini gathered the main landowners and capitalist from several provinces and proposed them the idea to invest into industry. Most of them didn't like the idea since they are used to agriculture way of life and don't like the idea of risking their money into industry that may fail. Just a few bunch of them were visionary enough to follow that path.

Following the example of Brazil some years ago the government of Argentina made vaccination mandatory for all children. Avoiding any possible fear to this new technique for many the government send educators to inform parents about everything good concerning vaccination. Soon hundred of thousand of children were given vaccines against common diseases that were rampage during seasons. In the coming months children mortality dropped to record never seen before in South America. The quick drop in sicken children made public hospitals cost to go down since they don't have to attend so many patients and made parents use less money in medicine, thanks to that overall economy improved.

The Brazilian Empire first move was to convert the state into a modern country. First thing that was made was to make a constitution based in the British constitutional monarchy system. The Empress of Brazil was made Chief of State and the role of Chief of Government was given to a Prime Minister chosen by the parliament that was divided into lower and upper chamber. Members of the parliament were elected by popular vote, by all male above 18 years old, now vote was of universal suffrage regarding social status or race. State religion was set to Catholicism, but other religions are to be tolerated. With a new constitution and a new form of government laws were quickly passed, making special focus in those against corruption, not wanting to repeat the mistake of the Republic. Soon a reduction of corruption was noted in the ways of economy with more money reaching the governmental arks.

A land reform was proposed to distribute the land of oligarchs among the poor people to increase production. But old habits never die and most of the land ended owned by the new rising high class that used it to build luxury houses far away from the noisy cities.

The Empress of Brazil made a long speech speaking of the good that would do to Brazil if the country was industrialised, but as with Argentina, people didn't find attracting the idea of risking their money.

The First Imperial Army divided into 2, Group North and Group South, Group North assaulted the oligarchs in their city fortress of Roraima, wave after wave of Imperial forces reached the Oligarch lines, but the combined factors of terrain, climate and solid defences made the attack a defeat for the Empire. Weaken now by the attack, Oligarch forces took the initiative and launch their own offensive who caught the tired Imperial soldiers by surprise. Many were made prisoners in the disorganized retreat, but the bulk of the weakened army escaped.

Group South was far more successful eliminating all traces of the Oligarchs in the southern sector. A quick mop up operation overran all the Oligarch camps. The leaders were executed for high treason to Brazil and the prisoners sent to military prisons to pay their debt to society with forced labour.

The siege of Rio de Janeiro was over, the attack began. The best troops of the Imperial Army were called to lead the assault. After 5 hours of artillery fire the infantry went it. Shocked by the intensity of the artillery and how the veteran troops of the Empire didn't broke when they were ambushed or outnumbered in certain sectors of the city, rebel forces began retreating to the centre of the city. Fight was fierce as the artillery made many building collapse making the rubble makeshift strongholds that resisted for longer than expected. In some extreme cases the rebels throw boiling water to the Imperial soldiers in a desperate attempt to resist, but for them orders were clear, "TAKE THE CITY". Days passed, any soldiers went closer and closer to the centre of the city were the best rebel soldiers and defences were set up for a final showdown. Taking the city was something that look not possible for the Imperial forces, since they already lost many men in assaulting the city. The order of retreat was ordered, but on the horizon reinforcements arrived. It was the South Army from the First Imperial Army, that had quickly destroyed the Oligarch forces and had more than enough men to pacify the region. With new forces a second attack was planned. Though bloody, the last resistance sector fell to the might of the Empire of Brazil. It took a month to pacify the city that was still full of small forces who refused to surrender. The leaders of the rebels died fighting or commit suicide, preferring that to face their crimes. Finally Rio de Janeiro was part of Brazil again.

The government of Chile started a project to connect all the country via a single railway. The project would be quite challenging since Chile is a very long country and with a mountainous geography. Still the government didn't back down and funded the project. Difficulties came from everywhere, be the terrain, people who were against the railway and corrupt politicians. At the end, though not as complete as the government would like to, a railway connect the main cities of the country.

Chile was falling behind in progress in comparison to the rest of the ABC members, that's why the government began investing into industry. Same problems as before were faced but at the end a small industry to supply the internal needs of the country were set up. Mostly based on light industry as shoes and food processing. Yet if Chile wants to be par to par with it's neighbors it will have to do much more.

Now that the war in Europe, at least the international ones. Were over Chile offered it lands to people from Europe wishing to settle down in new land far away from the conflicts of Europe. With the expansion of rail-roads and industry many jobs were left open for immigrants and soon many started reaching the docks of Chile.

A trade deal was proposed to Paraguay but the government of Paraguay wasn't interested. Another was proposed to Colombia and they were interested a lot to import Chilean copper and other minerals.

The Bolivia government tried to pass new laws giving native american the same rights as the white ruling elite. Before the President was able to finish the speech he was shot in the chest. The Elite would never allow any of those "Indios", to be equal to them. The assassin was caught, being a young son of one of the "Acendados", the elite class. But was soon freed by the police after his influential father step in. After this attempt to make Bolivian society more just was put off, a new President from the wealthy class ascended and promised that not such thing shall ever happen again.

In Tanzania, the German Government orders the opening of new factories and the construction of railways through German investment. Government efforts fail, but private efforts to build a railway are successful.

The Republic of South Africa is released by the British Government. In doing so, the United Kingdom releases the soldiers that had been from South Africa. It also releases some ships to form the South African Navy.

South Africa started to promote national unity and solidarity between Boers, Brits and Germans. But recent diplomatic conflicts between UK and Germany made this impossible. If the Prime Minister of South Africa wishes this to become a reality it will have to come up with something original. If this is not solved soon, it could spark into open revolt among the different people living in South Africa.

Since South Africa is made of immigrants...at least the white population, more are needed to further develop the only white country in Africa. Since the War of the Three Emperors is now over not as many immigrants arrived as the government expected but still a considerable number to build some small farming communities. Most of the came from Sweden, Russia and the Danubian Federation.

In the Ottoman Empire, work continued on the Babylon project. Sultan Abdul Hamid II ordered that basic infrastructure be set up to aid in the construction of Babylon. This included water and electricity lines, to provide for the basic needs of Turkish and Arabic workers, and an expansion of railroads and roads in the area, to allow for the transportation of the necessary heavy machinery. Funds were given to local government official, but instead of purchasing the require materials, many instead pocketed the funds.

This, combined with the recent crisis in the Parliament and rumors of a coup, both infuriated and embarrassed the Sultan. He commanded the police forces throughout the Ottoman, with support from the Ottoman Army, to arrest those associated with coup, with a provisional order to shoot the officials should they resist. However, many policemen and soldiers, angry over the economic depression due to the parliamentary deadlock and the perceived disloyalty to the Sultan, ignored the order to only arrest the officials and shot them instead. This only reinforced the belief throughout Europe that the Ottoman Empire was the “dying man” of Europe, and shocked many convulsed European officials. After these series of arrests, the Sultan replaced the now deceased or incarcerated officials with those loyal to the state. This little to dislodge the parliamentary deadlock, and the economic state of the nation continued to disintegrate.

After these crises at home, and the recent diplomatic tensions abroad, the Sultan thought that it would be pertinent to increase the size of his standing army. A small pay raise was also given to the soldiers, but this had little effect as most soldiers were already loyal to the sultan in the first place.

Bread was also given out throughout the Ottoman Empire. This did not do much either, as the recent freedoms given to peasantry had won the hearts of the people, and thus rendered his attempts useless. The crisis within the government would have to be solved before the Ottoman Empire could return to economic and domestic stability.

Efforts to expand the agricultural and fishing sectors in Libya were somewhat successful, albeit a tad expensive. Multiple docks were constructed in Sirt, and irrigation canals were dug throughout the colony.

Meanwhile, twenty-five thousand Persian soldiers surged across the Russian borders with the permission of Russian officials to clear out Soviet-controlled Kazakhstan. The majority of the Soviets in Kazakhstan were not expecting a Persian attack, and many were swept aside under the ferocious intensity of the Persia Army. It quickly subdued all Soviet resistance, secured the remainder of Kazakhstan, and returned home, suffering minimal casualties. During the Persian attack on the RSSR, Sultan Mozaffar al-Din Shah Qajar had many anti-communist posters put up in all the major towns and cities of Persia, encouraging them to join the Persian Army to fight the RSSR. This angered many Persians, as many wondered why their Sultan would send their sons and husbands to their death in a foreign place. Also, a contingent of 25,000 soldiers was sent to Russia to help defeat the Ukraine.

Also signed was the Treaty of Karachi, encouraging trade between India and Persia.

In India, the Government attempts to implement a vast a sweeping improvement of the nation's infrastructure, improving it by placing Railroads and Roads leading into and out of some of the cities. The Government foots the bill for this entire project, but it soon finds that the costs spiral out of control, with corrupt officials taking more than they should have to provide kickbacks for their workers and special interests.

The Indian Government enacts a new round of spending to help income inequality and build industry. In building factories in places where the poorer population lived, they started to flock to work, earning a little more money and rising in the economic ladder. The Indian Prime Minister tours the country, giving speeches and trying to get the people behind his cause, the general ideal that India should remain united against Foreign opposition. The Indian Army takes the areas under rebellion by storm, surging into towns and offering food and clothing for the poorer people, making them unwilling to rebel against the Indian Government. Fighting is intense, and it increases by the day, but after three months of hard fighting, the Indian Government announces a complete and utter stop to the Rebellion, and orders a day of national unity for the soldiers lost fighting the rebels and to try and bring the nation together once again.

Fortifications between the Qing Empire and the Dominion of India are constructed, using the mountains to their advantage. The Indian Government pays for this new round of construction, and watches as it's ability to defend against an attack is increased.

A very good explanation is demanded. Unless the ship was some time traveling nightmare there would be no cause for such action and though minor, some loses were had.

I believe an explanation from the French government is required, as a sailor was killed and property of the United Kingdom was damaged.

I would also like to announce that the strengthening of the Spanish Army, as well as the improvement in tactics, organization, and overall effectiveness will mean that the Spanish people and territorial possessions will be defended with greater effectiveness. This will hopefully deter foreign incursions in the near future.

I would also like to thank the cooperation of the Spanish people, as well as the hardworking laborers and workers in factors that bring about the furthered prosperity of our nation. It is because of you that our nation has come out of the depths of economic disaster and has slowly strengthened over the past several years. By my calculations, our nation will be economically stronger than it has ever been.

I would also like to again offer to the Russian Empire further shipments of money and supplies. I would also like to offer to the Brazilian Empire military support, in the form of the Spanish Volunteer Corps. It will be available at any time it is requested by the Brazilian Empress during her struggle to reunite her nation.
