No, I would have liked to meet him on the airport though, but he didn't say he would come.

This game is not supposed to be played as a team. Everyone tries to maximize their own chances of winning. Marty thought that by outing his master, he could gain some credibility, while also gaining his role. That's definitely legitimate, and in some circumstances it might not be a bad move.
True. This is a bastardly evil game sometimes, and I have seen worse examples of backstabbing. Although I can surely understand that hdk would be very annoyed at this. So would I, but then again, it's the game

This is another reason I don't like it. The fewer games which are decided by this sort of luck with the GM die rolls, the better. Some roles or actions are too powerful not to be blurred in some way, but I prefer a different solution to die rolls wherever possible.

As an example: the apprentice could put in a "betray master" order once in the game. This order would mean that the apprentice would not take on the master's role if the master died while the order was active, and they would become an unclaimed apprentice instead. Alternatively you could have some other role able to interfere with the succession. e.g. a lover visiting the apprentice would stop the apprentice succeeding to the master's role if the master died while the apprentice was otherwise occupied with the lover.

The fact is, I beleived the-hdk was going to die either way, as Kriszo would have announced it, so I may as well have done it myself to keep myself out of suspicion

@TAM: I considered getting Kriszo to scan me that night, and to out the-hdk the next day, changing sides twice in two days, as there was nothing against it in the rules, but I think its an exploit, and should be changed, its so easy theoretically to infiltrate either side and win the game easily with this rule

this is considered a win for those surviving?

I thought this was considered as "abandoned"

i.e.,

My WW games results:
Win: 0
Lose: 0
Lynched: 0
whatever: 0
Abandoned: 1

For now I will count this game as classification pending and I will wait a bit to see if we will hear something from Jensthemens before writing it as abandoned.

I recommend that everybody delete all thier post in this thread. We must obfuscate his path to clarity!

I'll do my part by simply not including this in my sig, as well as not allowing it in my player history.

It should just be considered Abandoned. It's likely to happen again, and should be categorized as such.
