This list, unfortunately, was last updated in 2004. If you just want to find a nice scenario/mod for 1.09, cool-toxic has provided a new more abbreviated list towards the end of this thread.
This is a list of almost all scenarios that have been proposed or released in these forums. The vast majority of them have been abandoned, and many of those released will not work with the current version of EU2; the primary reason they are all here, however, is so people who wish to propose new scenarios can draw on work that has already been done. It would be great if someone (else) could maintain a list of 1.08 compatible scenarios.
Please look at the dates of the posts when you open up some of these very old threads: it's probably not worth joining in a 'conversation' whose last participant spoke many moons ago. Of course, if you want to resurrect the scenario, then it's a different story...
(NB Just realised that a whole lot of links to specific posts in the Independant Scenario Development Workshop are messed up. I think this happened when the forum software was upgraded. If you end up in some odd part of this thread, odds are that the thing you're looking for is somewhere else in the same thread)
