@Rashtrakut, I checked in-game and they aren't even in there! So unfortunately they had to be removed from the list.

Kashmir has two queens, both unfortunately outside available start points. Didda and Kota (whose husband should be King in 1337).

Didda is a ruler in 980-1002, but that only works editing defines.txt.

Rudrama Devi of the Kakatiya dynasty (Kingdom of Andhra) should be queen in her own right in the 1260s.

Rudrama Devi - Kakatiya Kingdom (Kingdom of Telingana) is actually playable.

Click on Beta Kakatiya to play her. It only shows him, but you will be her after you click start.
Missing history data messes that up, but she's playable if you ignore the UI issue.

Ceylon should have a few reigning queens (all will be Buddhist) but the one who should fall in game time is
Lilavati (reigned 1197–1200, 1209–1210, and 1211–1212) widow of Parakramabhau the Great

These are at the kingdom level...there may be a few others at the lower ranks

The Parakramabahu I is missing in the files: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parakramabahu_I
as is his wife Lilavati you mentioned http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queen_Lilavati

Maybe add the info to the Suggestions forum ? They might add them. Indian history files seem to be lacking.

....

OT: The indian music DLC is actually quite nice. Wow. Only slightly indian in style, but not as bombastic as others and that's good. Bombastic gets boring after a short while.

Thanks I have asked this multiple times on the UI, they have never bothered. The Lankan kings seem to be all random, which is problematic...and it is actually the one Kingdom in India where the entire list is known

I wish there was a subforum (or even simply a normal thread) for correcting indisputable historical innacuracies with the game.

When ROI was released the entire Kingdom of Kashmir which remained an independent Hindu Kingdom until 1340 was missing...Posted about it and they put it in as a county level title, not even titular...and gave the Kashmiris the culture of Panjabis...but at least they are there and relatively accurate (thankfully Kashmir is another kingdom with a complete regnal list). But they are de jure duchy of Gandhara and Kingdom of Punjab...so don't last very long.

Kotadevi who briefly became queen is in the game...unfortunately that happened after the 100 years start.

Code:
188441 = {
	name="Kotadevi"
	female=yes
	religion="hindu"
	culture="panjabi"
	father=188440
	trait="kshatriya"
	trait="shaivist_hindu"
	1281.1.1={
		birth=yes
	}
	1338.6.1={
		death=yes
	}
}
Her useless husband is still ruling at the last start.

If you still need more western women, here is one more countess.

Ermengarda de Narbonne, Countess of Narbonne 1143-1197. No spouses, childless.
Heiress to the late count of Narbonne, she was a very cultural lady who entertained several bards at her court. In the political scheme she along her many allies was a thorn in the side of their liege the Counts of Toulouse (dukes). She was unlucky in her marriages.
