We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
I thought it might randomize the colours of the buildings.. but it apparently does nothing.
I've tried using it too, and like you I could not detect any noticeable effect. Does anyone else know if it does anything?
