I'm not sure this counts as a bug or just as an error in the model for the game.
The Day/Night moving regions are incorrect:
Under the current model, the nights are always longer than the days in the northern hemisphere and the days are always longer than the nights in the southern hemisphere.
The regions should change shape with the seasons as follows:
Summer:
Night \ Day /Night
Fall:
Night | Day | Night
Winter:
Night / Day \ Night
Spring:
Night | Day | Night
Kinda annoying to have 14 hour nights in the middle of summer when I'm running my armored divisions across the Russian Steppes....
