So I had a duke who was an inspiring leader. I used him in a number of battles and he ended up gaining both the coward and the Flanker traits. The result is this:



Perhaps PDS can make some modifications so that if you are a Flanker, you don't gain the Inspiring leader trait and vice versa. For someone to gain both traits just make no sense.
 
That would still make him good to use on the flank wouldn't it?
It looks like the issue is that Inspiring Leader might as well not be there. Depending on the martial score, Inspiring Leader might actually not do anything with that combination of traits; his martial score could very well remove the penalties on it's own.
