It will be nice a Christmas present add a discount too :p, like HoI II Complete, which is at 2,99€ in Steam. Other fanmade expansion like Arsenal of Democracy has too. I don't understand why Paradox don't put the better expansion of HoI in Steam and add a discount.

I want to congratulate too the great job of the developers of this great expansion. I've been following you since the mod34 and the work to build up this expansion was huge.
 
Thanks for the patch and feliz navidad quintelosky. I've observed problems with Unalaska island. It seems that the port isn't present and I can't send my troops elsewhere after taking the island. Besides, I think that Eupen (Belgium) should be a Germany claim (National territory)

The partition of Yugoslavia and Greece isn't accurate.

-Crete should be splited between Italy and Germany.
-Germany should own Athens and other parts of Greece.
-Montegro isn't maybe interesting to release as Italian/German Puppet because it's too small.
-Croatia should be way bigger.

German Bessarabia is only because of "Barbarossa Plan" event.

Currently there is no way for the Axis to capture Crete other than an amphibious assault by Italy.
There could be an extra "Battle of Crete" event, by which the Germans lose manpower and supplies (perhaps some org/morale loss for Paras?)
and get some dissent in order to capture the island and Garrison it.

Because of game mechanics, there can be no resources transported from Yugoslavia to Germany if there is no land connection.
Only a Serbian puppet state is a feasible option, but then how will there be partisans in Yugoslavia?

Greece should have core on Bitola instead of Skopje. Germany could keep control of Salonica as well.

I hope some other changes get implemented in 1.04, such as mil.ctrl'ed air units not being able to mission over a single province, or the common cores of India and Pakistan which prevent these states to be consecutively released.
 
Good to see IC is still being developed. Did not expect a new (alpha) version so soon. On the infra bonus to Industry, its a pretty big bonus together with the reduced time to build infra, lets see how that turns out. Nice to see infra having more functions tough. All we need now is a infra/IC density mapmode!
 
I played 2 games of Alpha, both as Germany. Great wonderful additions.
Two things I noticed.
1- Italy DOWed me after Hungary (My ally) DOW's Yugoslavia. So I proceed to take over Italy and Libya, but I am unable to reach Ethiopia and thus cannot Annex Italy. Italy AI parks its Navy in a huge mass in the middle of the Mediterranean. It just sits there allowing me to chip away at it until the last ship sinks. I also noticed loaded US transports floating by even though the US is not at war with anyone.

2- Intelligence. None of the countries are trying to counter my spies. I can build them up to 10 each in all the major powers and the remain there unless they get killed doing assignments. Also after I find and kill all the spies in Germany none try to send more.
 
I know, that You Quintelosky are more focused on more important things like hardcoding, but IMO several things are quite important, yet relatively easy to fix.

At first i observed excessive difference in strength between HP and AI. I tried playing on normal difficulty with no additional AI cheating and it still is seriously overpowered compared to both HP and historical. I tried several countries, but most problems I've got with Nat. China and Japan.
Playing 1933 scenario As Japan i can build quite reasonable forces, which have rather realistic size, but then China has huge and (what's worst) up-to-date army.
I managed to grab several provinces in Shanxi and few single beaches, but any farther progress is very difficult. Soon it becomes hard to keep conquered land.

On the other hand playing as Nat. China is the opposite. First problem is Guangxi Clique being clearly overpowered. Generally you can beat them, but doing it before spring 1937 is rather hard. When war with Japan breaks, they (Japan) have bigger and better army than you and it's impossible to surpass them later, unless you build militia hordes. This might be easier to fix, cause they don't build any airforce at all and very limited navy too. If they assigned more IC to airforce and navy, then their army would probably be more sensible (smaller).

I usually subdue NatChi as Japan in less than 1 year, playing in normal/agressive and even "complicated a bit" setting.
I think that AI is underpowered compared to a good player.

As Germany I was landing in the US in 1943 after "Bitter peace" with USSR which came in less than 6 months even I didn't do Seeloewe. I could even do better.
