Excellent! Do I recall correctly something from the movie 'The Englishman who went up a hill but came down a mountain'?
I got the Darien reference, if it makes any difference.
Have you joined the Blackadder Appreciation Group yet? If not, you definitely should!
Someone mentioned close harmony singing?

Oh yes!! I also hear tell some curious looking characters who appear seemingly out of thin air in the middle of Cardiff's Raold Dahl Plass and a nearby Tourist Information Centre.'Not an Onion Article'
I'm hoping there will be a Doctor Who appearance, considering the multitude of references in here already...
This is a very promising AAR! Keep up the good work and you will get an AARward in no time - people love special AAR's like this one. Me included.
Mein Beileid, übrigens, nicht in der schönsten Stadt Deutschlands (und damit der Welt) zu wohnen. So nah dran, und doch so weit davon entfernt...
Time to see Wales rise to all new, great heights, which will eclipse England's! Cymru am byth!
Subbed!
Thank you! My greatest reward will be bringing some laughs to new friends You're in Dresden! I look forward to seeing it soon. From what I hear, it would be a nice change in living location. Leipzig is like Birmingham or Pittsburgh... depressing and run down, but at least it's not Chemnitz! Wow! My nostrils burned from acrid polluted air while waiting for the connecting train.
From what you heard? So you were not born here - or did you have an important reason for never coming to Dresden? If the first one is true: Welcome in Germany (or at least in Saxony)! If it's the second one: My condolence!
We have nice cities, too - not Leipzig, while it is far from being the worst, it's just a matter of rivalry between Leipzig and Dresden. And you are right: Chemnitz is like Dresden. In ugly. In very, very ugly. No wonder Karl Marx lost his head there!
Torchwood? Already? What madness is this?!
Those crazy Victorians, eh?
I'd say that we start a petition to make the Canadian, British, Irish, German, and Czech governments meet in a more proper place in a local pub. Now I have a confession... I've never watched Dr. Who *grabs the popcorn*
Great series by the way (Subbed)
It's heartwarming to see a war won by proper use of alliteration.
Also, as a fellow Doctor Who/Torchwood fan, I like where this is going!
I will allow Bottom to explain the debt crisis.
Eddie: That, my friend, is Welsh money.
Richie: They don't have any Welsh money!
"Spudgun": No wonder they all vote Labour.
I've never watched Torchwood, definitely need to I'm guessing.
