Just as the title says, when you westernize do you lose the bonuses you've gained from pre-western reforms? For example, my last reform before westernization was army schools. Will I lose the benefit from that when I become westernized? Furthermore, do I lose the possibility of gaining other bonuses that I hadn't yet reformed. For example, I did not yet choose foreign officer training when I westernized. Does that make it impossible to ever get that benefit?

That's a good question, I realize I've always thought that the benefits of these reforms was just to put up to the same level of a civilized country, so when you westernize you're not losing the benefits you're losing the malus and the benefits and it evens out.

Yep. If that reform unlocks a technology, you keep it after westernizing. So when you pass that reform that enables recruitment of infantry, what it really does is that it gives you that tech which allows infantry recruitment, and so it will stay with you even after westernization.

Bonuses...I am not sure about them.

You lose bonuses from these reforms, but you gain bonuses from technology, and being civilized power.

Yep. If that reform unlocks a technology, you keep it after westernizing. .

I agree, unless you research experimental railroad. There is high chance that you will lose it after early westernization...

You lose everything, including techs. That's why you should always aim to westernize as quickly as possible without regard for what reforms you take.

You keep the Fort, the Factories, and the Railroads (the buildings, not the tech) from those particular reforms, but everything else is lost, yes. The Fort comes with a must-have Westernization tech anyway (as it increases Research Points on Conquest which is the main way any given state Westernizes), and the Cement Factory tech is one of the most efficient in terms of Civilization Progress per Research Point, so you should have that anyway. It can occasionally be a worthwhile choice waiting an extra 6 months in tersm of Westernization for the Railroad tech because of the effects Railroads have on factories - increased throughput and output. If you are a relatively small country and the state in which your capital is situated has a particularly useful good (Coal, Wheat, Fruit) then it's definitely worth considering the minor delay to get the Railroads, because they'll have a bigger over-all effect on your nation than merely getting an extra tech will and they slow you down only marginally compared to other research routes. You're right aside from that.
