1.) Several new resources on water tiles
2.)Razing a city of size 2 won't get you a settler anymore.
3.) AI seems improved for both neutrals and mages. I played casually on normal difficulty and had a rude awakening. A neutral spider ignored the warrior I placed in front of it and ate my settler, just before it reached its destination, a nice spot in the second shard. An AI settler now seems on its way to that spot. That AI has already founded (at least) one city in the shard and conquered (at least) another City featureing a balanced army of (at least) 6 Units).
