Is there a button to show all current movements arrow and on going attack arrows like you can do in the darkest hour hoi2?

You can use the outliner to display all ongoing battles. That thing you see in the upper right corner of the screen, and if you don't, click on the (+).
I have no idea how it was in DH but this is basically what you asked for, isn't it?
If you want to see movement arrows just select (all) the units, green arrow means moving, red attacking and grey retreat.
