Looking for graphic mods

Though not new to the game I am relatively inexperienced with it. Having recently picked up the DLCs I was missing in the recent sale I am now on the hunt for graphical mods that will enhance the UI. Ive seen in some AAR's a wood panelling effect on messages and such which I've liked. I have all the portrait DLCs etc but I'd like to try some of the graphic mods out there

You got the wood panelling effect if you play as a pagan characters (Tengri, Norse, Romuva,... religions)

There aren't really any UI graphic mods available I don't think. There's some font mods and some for portraits/CoA, but no UI ones. Painterly CK2 changes the map, but that's not on the master list yet.
