Can't start Great Holy War? Reformed Pagan (Year 1126)

For some reason I can't call Great Holy wars anymore as a reformed norse, I had one vs. Germany after it unlocked. That war was won, it must be atleast 40 years ago now, the ruler died and his son has taken over, I do still have the Fylkir title, but the Great Holy War option just doesn't even show as a CB on the Declare War tab. I've tried against various not against Orthodox, Catholic or Slavic nations. The current year is 1126.

All holy sites are under control and moral authority is at 100.

And it's a new character? Hmm I'm not sure then. Are you on Ironman? (Not sure whether or not that matters). How long exactly is the cooldown on Great Holy Wars? I've never known I've just looked every decade to see if it's available.

I thought it was either 10 or 30 years, and assumed while at my previous ruler, that perhaps only one war could be called for each ruler. But now, it's a new one.. Should definitely be a tooltip timer for it.. but now it's been unavailable for too long

Got same problem. 40 years already passed since I won my GHW for Pomerania and still can't call a new one. Three rulers already changed in that time. Either that timer is long as fuck or it's bugged and thus my game is ruined. Either way, good job Paradox ..not.

Did the Christians or Muslims start their holy wars yet? CKIIwiki says:

Any pagan faith reformed AND
Either Christian Crusades or Muslim Jihads unlocked
10 years cooldown

for pagan religions. By 1126, I would assume that they started crusading already ...

Well it sure as hell isn't 10 years timer if everything is working correctly. And you don't even have to ask about crusades/jihades since in this fucked up patches they start few years after any start date even CM.
