can't access CK2 steam key

i just got crusader kings 2 during the paradox publisher weekend (AKA right now as i'm typing) and as far as i can tell, there seems to absolutely no way at all that i can access the CD key on steam to register it here on the PI forums. (yes i know to right click on the game in the steam library) and looking for help in the obscure depths of steam has turned up diddly. any help here? because i'm drawing blanks.

I've Rclicked on the game in the library and there's no "view cd key" prompt at all.

Erm the only thing i can think of is clicking play, sometimes it comes up with your code saying you will need it to play multiplayer in a pop up box. It seems with the new steam update they have moved the View CD key option somewhere else.

nope. the launcher just pops up normally. and EU4 and leviathan both have the view CD key option.

same issue here, when will it be back to normal? is there no other way to see the own code, buying but not owning is a bad thing at this point... drm?!

There is no way until codes are turned back on, no. I don't know exactly when that would be, but I'm pretty sure Tuesday at the very latest.

You can still play just not download mods from the subforum and get tech support from the subforum.
