I find it really annoying that so many medium powers choose to have 30% strength of their divisions.
It is useful for Costa Rica and Bhutan, acceptable for Norway.
It is frustrating for Hungary or Persia, and totally unacceptable for manpower rich countries such as China or Brazil.
Im my current game I play as Japan and when I mil.ctrl'd Manchukuo I realize they chose 30%.
With so few leaders it makes their army near useless and very difficult to manage.
Long story short, is there an easy way I can edit my savegame and change their strength to 100%?
Or can I somehow fire a console event with country TAG to give them a chance to revise their choice?
