be. Probably the only reason they haven't announced it yet is that they currently have like a million other games in development and they didn't want to steal thunder from Rome II. Better to announce as a Christmas present to fans.

I thought when they announced that they have 3 projects in development they said 2 of them are sequels and one of them is a new IP. Of course we know 2 of them now - HoI4 and Runemaster which is the entirely new game... that leads me to believe Project Augustus is a sequel.
