anyone else notice many rome 2 hints all around the place? they dropping them in random dev diaries, forum posts, even wearing t shirts sporting "rome II"..

i've come to the conclusion that one of two things is happening...

1. someone/many paradox employees have developed a form of psychopathy (probably Shams) and now delight in our displeasure and pain.


2. Rome II is indeed on the way! omg!!111!!

From what I can tell, it seems to be the consensus that Vicky III is after HOI IV. I'm a huge Paradox fan and I'd love to see Vicky III and the next Rome but I'm going to wait for an unequivocal announcement. There will be enough time for screaming at airports while I wait after the announcement All the power to you though, I completely understand the excitement.

This looks suspicious.... (but I still think there will never be Rome 2)
If you have a look at the shirt, you will notice that the logo on it

1. Looks like the Eu:Rome logo
2. Does not resemble the TW:Rome 2 logo

I don't think they would deny it like that... so I believe them. It's really annying though, it seems they only make games if Sweden is somewhat included in them. And making the same franchises over and over gets very tiring... I mean we will see EU10 very soon? after all the money spent on questionable DLCs?

I know there is a game called alea acta est by Ageod I wonder how that is, the map is 2D and looks a bit messy
