Since it is the first time for me trying the antipope mechanic I'm not sure how it supposed to work:

I've installed an antipope but the bishops still pay taxes to the actual pope, if they like him more than me. My pope only gets the income of his bishopric. Is this supposed to work like that? How can my Antipope get tax money?

Another question: If i press my antipopes claim (and I'm a King), he will be the new Pope and get Rome, right? What will happen to the bishopric he currently inhabits? will it fall to the papacy or will it remain in my realm?

Bishops pay taxes to whoever they like best so if the like the pope better then your anti-pope then they would pay taxes to him, this works for all bishops so if you have a good anti-pope other bishops from other kingdoms will pay him(meaning you) taxes.
If you press the claim he will leave behind his holding and go to Rome so yes it will stay in your realm, if you are emperor then the pope becomes your vessel
