If I were a feudal lord, I would be pissed if the king revoked my duchy and gave it to some random bloke. More specifically, I would be pissed at the king AND the bloke. Is this represented in game in any way?

Major opinion penalty, even if the liege lord had a strong claim or some other right. This makes the vassal who had his title revoked a lot more prone to support plots and rebellions, regardless of legality or public acceptance of the revocation.

But oddly, no claim, strong or weak - so unless they remain landed, there's little they can do.

There is also a "title claimant" opinion penalty whereby anybody with a claim on a title will slightly resent (-20) the holder of that title.

If it is about revoke, yes I do agree. But sometimes I need to revoke to arrange the teritorries.

Ì tend to agree that the liege should have the possibility to swap the teritorries of a vassal.
I remember that somehow, the Prince of Orange (the ancestor of the King of the Netherlands) had a claim to area of Orange (near Avignon). But in some agreement he was agree to swap his claim with the Duchy of Luxemburg
